8 months after holiday cancelled still no refund , Told on many occasions I would be refunded , but “Vinson” now refusing refund

Supposed to go away start of April , due to pandemic got cancelled , since then I have emailed , messaged and called regarding a refund of over 2K , told only voucher , the that my case had been escalated to management whom had agreed a refund , then I’d be refunded sept , then October and now back to no refund until April 2021 , contestant broken promises , never get a hold of anyone , disgusting attitude from customer services when you do make contact , must have contacted them over a hundred times and told different things depending on staff member , very disappointed and would never use again
