This is the second time that I’ve been disappointed with Serenata flowers. Both lots when arrived have been drab, limp, look dead and definitely not what you expect when opening flowers. Even after 48 hours of being in water they haven’t been up to scratch. They need to be delivered with a wet bag around their stems to keep them looking good. It’s a lot of money to be wasted on flowers that aren’t up to scratch.

Absolutely dreadful customer service unless you want to wait 128 minutes on the phone to pay for your goods. No way of contacting the store to ask/change about delivery options. Will wait in anticipation for the e-mail to be able to pay unless we drive into Cheltenham to the store.

Excellent customer service. We were served by Ollie who was most helpful and knowledgeable, he even made us tea while we were pondering over the colours. No pushy sales talk just professional friendly help and advice. Genuinely surprised at the amount of stock to choose from also in the store. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Had lots of parcels delivered by Hermes, always arrived within the timeframe stated. Have always been in when delivered so unable to comment if parcels left in an unsuitable place.
