I am a loyal Costco customer but their website experience is terrible. It would be so helpful to be able to pick my items in a digital cart and have it ready for pick up at the store like target.com offers but they have yet to make that a feature. Sometimes I need to go to Costco for one or two items vs the big shopping haul I do once every month and if I could simply pick those items off the site, prepay and pick up at the door it would save me so much time! Maybe that idea cuts against Costco's objective of getting customers to wander around the warehouse but who has time for that every single time!

Over the last 5-6 years, Adidas has solidified itself as the better brand in the sports casual wear field. The boost technology in their shoes is so comfortable and aesthetically more pleasing than what I see Nike doing with their apparel.

Good selection but prices are not competitive. Every time I visit A staples store or go to their website I'm pleased with their massive selection of products for the office but man, they can be expensive compared to lets say walmart or target. I recently visited staples to purchase organization items for the office and found out that their prices were 10-12 dollars higher than what I found at target/walmart. It's unclear as to why it would be more expensive because there isnt any description to point to the items being of better quality than what I found in other stores. Overall I think Staples can do a better job in giving coupon or deals to earn my business.

Underrated!

See's candies flys under the radar because you don't see ads in the media. They are one of my favorite stores when it's time to pick up a gift for someone. The chocolate and confections use really good ingredients and the packaging is very impressive. I've been a loyal customer since my parents would bring home boxes of their pre-made chocolate assortment boxes for the holidays. Now it's a tradition in my family.

Nordstrom is one of my favorite companies because I simply love their mission statement, their brand culture, and willingness to go the extra distance for a great customer experience. I am very loyal to companies that treat me well and mean it. I always think Nordstroms when my wife and I need to pick up a gift for someone because they have a great selection of moderately expensive items that people will love to have. I also love their shopping events that occur throughout the year.

I've been a customer of RingCentral for 5 years now and I have to say I think I am ready for a switch. The company's products too often glitch out on me. My biggest gripe is the iOS app for the iphone. It constantly crashes, and it doesn't maintain call logs accurately. I will not see my recently missed calls on the app but it will appear on the web based portal. Maybe it's time I switch for good.

I've recently come to appreciate shopping at sprouts because I've made many tweaks to my diet (gluten free, less sugar intake) and I love that Sprouts provides a lot of options for my tastes. The company has a great culture and I am all about a company's pride in fulfilling its mission statement. The prices are competitive to whole foods but still a bit pricier than Trader Joes. It's a great experience every time I go.

Starbucks continues to earn my business because I truly believe they care about the company, their employees and the products they provide. And at the end of the day its not about perfection, its about intent.

I love that they continuously try to provide new items that are geared towards a healthier lifestyle. I love their salad and pre-packaged offerings for breakfast and lunch because when I read the nutrition labels I don't see a lot of highly processed ingredients...but it could still be better. Starbucks is doing a great job balancing profit-making and caring about the culture and I will continue to be loyal to their brand.

This review is mostly about the target app since I use that more than the website. The app recently went through some big changes. I think the target "circle" design is gone now and what you see with the app now is much easier to use. I like the interface now because you can shop by category a lot easier than in the past but it's still a work in progress. For instance, I was recently shopping for bathroom accents and it was hard to locate. I had to go back and forth to different categories to eventually find it under the home section. All in all its better than before.
