Too many glitches and not enough support

I've been a customer of RingCentral for 5 years now and I have to say I think I am ready for a switch. The company's products too often glitch out on me. My biggest gripe is the iOS app for the iphone. It constantly crashes, and it doesn't maintain call logs accurately. I will not see my recently missed calls on the app but it will appear on the web based portal. Maybe it's time I switch for good.
