Horrible people I got so many curses for these morons. My phone cant access mobile data nor call, I get errors so I have no service. I found their app and it said free trial so i downloaded it, waited like 30 minutes for it to download a file that would supposedly fix my iphone and now they want 19 dollars

edit: I PAID AND THE FIX DIDNT EVEN WORK. I DEMAND TO BE REFUNDED

I made an account and instantly got promoted with a subscription which I didn’t accept then got logged out.

When I finally was able to log in I realized they don’t have many voices at all, the library is garbage. The few voices they have that I wanted are literally in other languages it’s so terrible

I’m re-learning Russian because it’s my mother-tongue. However, now it wants me to write Russian letters, but since I selected that I speak English at the start, I’m not ALLOWED to use the Russian keyboard at all! It doesn’t allow me to use other keyboards yet it expects me to type something that’s not on the British keyboard? I’ve never had a worse experience, not even with Duolingo.

Fyren jeg snakket med var en frekk idiot som ikke var hjelpsom i det hele tatt! Vi har abonnent for et ganske raskt bredbånd, men i ukesvis har de ikke hjulpet. Idag så ble jeg koblet til med en irriterende og rett og slett frekk fyr, som ikke hjalp i det heletatt! Irriterende og rett og slett ELENDIG menneske!

This company is an utter disgrace and a scam. Their support sucks and they’re filthy pigs. I tried to purchase something and they charged me but did not give the key. It said the purchase did not go through but I was still charged. I ask for a refund on PayPal cause obviously I didn’t get the key and then they ban you from their website and literally insult you when you try to contact support. They are rude as heck and when I am angry in return they play the victim card and literally whine like children! Then they basically say "yeah we should not have charged you but since you were rude your ban remains in place", like brother YOU WERE RUDE FIRST! This is a scummy company, do NOT buy from them! And a big middle finger to Jax!
PS: this is the only real review on here, others are fake and paid.

Edit 2022: Looking through old reviews and as you see, these people decided to keep me banned cause I wrote a genuine review and rightfully was annoyed at the TERRIBLE customer service. This is a terrible company that can't admit their own mistakes. I was charged when the order did not go through so I requested a refund on paypal. I was in the right to do so because I did not get what I paid for. I am in the right to be mad at support when they are unhelpful. They ban me cause of the "comments i made towards their services", which where VALID comments cause I got scammed and the support was crap. My "behavior" which was basically just telling them to "f off" was ofc because they were rude first! These people are absolutely terrible! PLEASE beware, DO NOT buy from these evil monsters! Jax Hendrix, grow the heck up you victimiser!

Edit 2024: Instant gaming is what I have been using for years and it is WAY BETTER! Eneba is terrible and I had completely forgotten about this experience until today when I reviewed another GREAT site for buying games! Date of experience for this review dates almost 3 years back which is crazy haha, how are these scammers still up?

This site is just magical. Their customer service is by far the best one compared to other similar sites like Eneba. These people actually care for their customers and every payment runs so smoothly. Sites like Eneba are so slow and so hard to get around and my switch to instantgaming has been nothing but positive. Recently i bought the correct game but for the wrong platform, and within 5 minutes i had gotten a refund. This is the site people, do not use anything else. Definitely coming back.

Edit: If you check my review of Eneba for example, you will see that they got mad at my bad review and became hostile. Even more proof
