Products ok until they aren't, slow and poor customer service.
Will update as this progresses. So I chose Honour and brought directly through their website, a nice shiny tablet and keyboard set. The tablet was good enough, nothing spectacular by any means considering it wasn't a budget tablet. Screen can be poor at times as well as the sound but does the job, unlike the included keyboard case. I brought the item because of the case so I could type on it instead of getting a larger laptop. After a few months a corner broke when putting the tablet into the keyboard case which worsened over time to the point that it won't stay in the case anymore rendering the keyboard useless. I wrote to Honour on the 3rd September, a WEEK later they replied telling me to fill out a web form, no interest in arranging the repair for me, they're response may as well have said 'ok, fill this form out and we'll arrange a repair'. The issue being, they have ZERO guidance on filling out the awful form which has drop downs for what product you are returning. There's options for tablets, I'm not returning a tablet. There's an option for accessories that has TWO options, both charging stations. So not only did they not want to help with the repair, they didn't even want to help with completing the form for me to arrange it myself. Presumably they want people to just give up and not bother which I'm very close to doing. Will update if this improves or gets worse.
