Products ok until they aren't, slow and poor customer service.

Will update as this progresses. So I chose Honour and brought directly through their website, a nice shiny tablet and keyboard set. The tablet was good enough, nothing spectacular by any means considering it wasn't a budget tablet. Screen can be poor at times as well as the sound but does the job, unlike the included keyboard case. I brought the item because of the case so I could type on it instead of getting a larger laptop. After a few months a corner broke when putting the tablet into the keyboard case which worsened over time to the point that it won't stay in the case anymore rendering the keyboard useless. I wrote to Honour on the 3rd September, a WEEK later they replied telling me to fill out a web form, no interest in arranging the repair for me, they're response may as well have said 'ok, fill this form out and we'll arrange a repair'. The issue being, they have ZERO guidance on filling out the awful form which has drop downs for what product you are returning. There's options for tablets, I'm not returning a tablet. There's an option for accessories that has TWO options, both charging stations. So not only did they not want to help with the repair, they didn't even want to help with completing the form for me to arrange it myself. Presumably they want people to just give up and not bother which I'm very close to doing. Will update if this improves or gets worse.

Can you please leave me alone!!! Do a free course then pay to get the certificate is a horrible business model!

Horrible way to run a company. You put the work in on a free course, complete it, then pay to get a digital certificate, absolutely ludicrous. Fine, got over it. The daily emails are frustrating, you hit 'simply unsubscribe' (rubbish), leave all boxes unticked to show you don't want any of them, hit update. Phew, no more emails. Low and behold still daily emails. Done this maybe three times now. Hopefully this review will finally get you to LEAVE ME ALONE. No I won't email you. I have reported as spam. Don't make it impossible to opt out then have to contact your crappy company to change it.

Week 9 update, it'll be 3 months before I have an aligner in that's changing my teeth.

The majority of these reviews are for those told to give feedback after a session taking impressions, rating the whole company and told 5 stars would make their day, not an honest way to run a company. I queried this with customer service on WhatsApp (have screenshots) and was Told 'no, that's not true. We don't ask for the reviews at the initial stage', soon proven to have lied to me. Some hiccups as follows- too many attempts at up selling, even after I've told them not to, they're not happy with the money they've had so far. Misinformation and asking you to do something then sending out the wrong link to do it, all very amateur. 8 weeks after payment (and me doing everything ASAP my end), I received my first aligner, it's only for fitting purposes so not to change my teeth, that'll be another three weeks!!! I received a parcel from royal mail, wasn't told it was on its way, with an aligner, an aligner puller, a case and chewies and zero information, just thrown together in a bubble envelope. Apparently the mystery box is chewies, puller, case and cleaner, all stuff you need to use the aligners. Zero info on how to use any of it, zero info on how to use the aligners, what to or not to drink, nothing at all. Experience is getting worse and worse. Absolutely regret using this company and if we had the option of a refund, we'd take it. Now several more weeks and I'll receive set 2 through 5 apparently with them checking the fit on set 3 before producing the next set. Everything is sent signed for delivery, they won't leave it in a safe space so if like most people you are out during the day, this may not work for you (or don't want to wait 3 months before starting treatment). Will continue to update. Hopefully experience is better if/when aligners start to work.

Sort out your website!

Really like the prices for Pokémon sets but scrolling through hundreds of out of stock products to find the few that are in stock is infuriating. Can't see a filter option for in stock only. Had a budget of £100 to spend but gave up. So incredibly amateur.

Two weeks and still haven't printed some photos?

Ordered two weeks ago. Product says delivered in 8 days for standard delivery. Product is a UK site with a UK email address. It states 2-3 days delivery. Why have I had a response from yourselves from Diana saying that my delivery is cross-border and that this takes time? Printing photos takes minutes wherever you do it and I ordered on a UK site to a UK address! She also suggests that delivery is 8-10 days after dispatch so why on earth does it suggest if I ordered today that it would be delivered in 8 days? That is the service I paid for. It's been 6 days on top of suggested and it hasn't even dispatched let alone you didn't even bother to tell me something has gone wrong. So did Diana lie to me or is the website lying? Why am I being told 8-10 working days delivery when website says 2-3? Is this all some giant scam where you just hope people forget about their order?

Scam. Free pair never arrived, that replacement didn't then threatened debt collectors if didn't pay for the next month!

Disgusting. Wanted to pay for a year for my partner for his birthday as he liked and old pair I had (they were ok, designs were nice but for me they developed holes quickly, poor quality). The free pair didn't arrive, when cancelling they automatically sent out another, this didn't arrive either but I couldn't cancel within the first 14 days as I was still waiting for something, anything to arrive meaning I had to give a months notice to cancel. When they couldn't take the payment, they THREATENED debt collectors at £40 and a reminder free of £13.50 if I didn't pay meaning I have had to pay for a product that they have failed to deliver two of already. My next delivery is supposed to come with a second free pair, will see if that happens. Disgusting.

Poor customer service could have easily righted a wrong. Penny pinching by company leading to awful experience.

No mention anywhere that they would use the delivery company so poor that it had to change its name, I can see why. This led to the item arriving at the depot near to me, literally miles away, then being lost. One week between communications (replied 7th October, first response 14th October). Delivery company have said it is lost yet Anker will not refund or offer to send out a replacement. There is no tracking even showing for the item anymore. They have my money and I have no product or even a product on its way. The item ordered is sleep headphones, my current ones have broke and I have been without since 29th of September when I ordered. With no headphones and no money to buy new ones, this is effecting my sleep which effects my mood without this issue. You chose to use an unreliable company and have not offered any solution other than keep hold of my money and keep waiting for something that no longer even has tracking information. The main issues being non delivery but again I hold Anker responsible for their choice of courier and for being unwilling to put things right not to mention the lack of correspondence. I tried to call to discuss, I was told there was a queue and that I would receive a call back before they hung up, safe to say no call back. Finally received notification of (up to 5 days to actually receive) refund after purchasing on 29th September (close to three weeks from order by time refund is received).

So many issues through ordering but the most recent being that it took six weeks to refund an order when they gave me a code for the wrong game. Even worse they didn't even refund it, they just gave me store credit meaning I had to order something else through them. Prices are ok, found them cheaper elsewhere and if you aren't even going to receive what you ordered then absolutely pointless.

Update-useless customer service causing a massive issue then misinformation.

Suggests that when I order a VPN activated key, I simply change my VPN to the country that the region is locked to, did that and told that my account is registered in a different country than the purchase region. NO WHERE does it suggest that your account has to be in the region that it is locked to (nor did it tell me what region it would be, therefore how on earth would I know if it would work with my account?!). If I can only purchase games in the region my account is in, why would I ever need a VPN to change the region to activate it? No possibility of a refund as I have collected the key even though it says they are all guaranteed to work. I followed all instructions and it hasn't worked, so what is the guarantee for exactly? I just don't understand who this would benefit if the region of the account has to match the region of the key, what difference does the VPN make? Managed to change the region of my Microsoft account to Turkey and still doesn't work. So account region and VPN both matched key region and still doesn't work. CON
So... Finally a few days later someone replied and told me to try a different country than the one it suggested, hooray it worked! Why on earth the first guy didn't point out that the info on the product key was wrong! So I've purchased more items, one even says USA then Argentina on the same page! I bought a Hasbro family fun pack which when redeemed was actually just Monopoly. Basically it's a massive hassle and you might not even get the product your ordered.

Saved money on melatonin after my…

Saved money on melatonin after my original supplier ran out of fast dissolve tablets, I bought 180 tabs at a lower price than two lots of 60 and they're slightly higher dose. A bit annoyed that I chose DHL to deliver at an extra cost but this was handed from DHL to Evri in the UK which give appalling service. It sat in their warehouse for four days without moving. Too many bad experiences with them to order from Piping Rock again knowing that they will deliver. They managed it this time but don't trust them going forward. Can't fault Piping Rock, cheap and did what they said they'd do then let down by whoever decided to change from DHL to Evri once in UK.

AVOID- poor customer service, no real interest in helping. Limited apps and poor operating system let alone issues from day one.

Spoke to social media team for about 5 days before they gave me an email address to contact on, just found the responses very poor. Do not feel cared about whatsoever. Amazon prime app is not working correctly, Hisense couldn't care less, they have made it so you are unable to uninstall the app or try to fix it yourself and apparently have no responsibility for the smart TV apps to work on a smart TV. Beware that Hisense televisions have no way of uninstalling apps (there are about 30 preloaded, 25 of them you will never touch and are just taking up valuable hardware that you've paid for). Internet issues that we never had with our 5 year old TV meaning it's unuseable at times (on a router that's connected to several others devices whilst Hisense say no internet, even when it says connected in the settings!). Paid 800 pounds for this TV, Hisense salesman in Curry's (Hisense staff, not Currys) kept quiet when telling him we listened to Spotify on the TV and use Now TV (only the UK's biggest music service and top 5 streaming platform), both you cannot have on the TV meaning either paying extra for external equipment or losing out on the remainder of our subscription. All of this I could possibly have coped with if the customer service was better and at least tried to help instead of just reset it and contact Amazon regarding app issue. Luckily we kept the box and the old TV as this one is going back. Updated to 1 star as it just gets worse, Danny from Brown goods team has not made me feel like cares at all at any point of our conversation. They simply do not care if their smart features work or not.

Cancelled my order without bothering to tell me.

Cancelled my order, didn't even bother emailing me, they waited for me to contact them to give an automated response. Ordered through Amazon and sold by/dispatched by Trespass UK who are unable to fulfill orders correctly and can't even be bothered to contact customers. Very upset daughter who won't be receiving her new coat and wellies. Suggested delivery by 8pm so she was expecting to come home to it today as not told otherwise!!!

There's a reason these items are discounted...

Pay to return items with holes in, very poor customer service, no interest in issues given such as paying for express delivery for a parcel that doesn't turn up and the above. Out of the items I bought, these are the issues... Shoes that caused foot pain for DAYS, boxers I needed to cut the tags out of, tshirt that isn't straight so nightmare to iron, shorts with a hole in and two other pairs that are the same size (inches, not open to interpretation) which fit completely differently. There's a reason this stuff is reduced. Same price to purchase online with next day delivery through a popular retailer and haven't got to worry about whether Evri will deliver or not (and if they do, whether it's to you), Mandms choice to use this company as their courier says it all about how much they care about customer satisfaction (a company so bad they had to change their name to hide from their reputation). Avoid.

Cracking pair of blokes! Respectful of property, pleasant and really good contact throughout. Received a text in the morning and a call and hour in advance. Couldn't ask for better service! Took no time at all to build and made sure we took time to check it over so we were happy with it before they'd left. Good job guys!

Never had a bad experience

Never had a bad experience. Staff always wanting to go above and beyond, more so than many more expensive hotels. Beds could be more comfy but that's personal preference. Generally stay in them for the location. Can't fault them for the price. Never been disappointed especially with the breakfast. Staff at Birmingham bridge Street are particularly pleasant! Two ladies at check-in last night and one who is still working this morning have been nothing less than amazing.

Poor customer service and overpriced supermarket flowers. Learnt from my mistake.

Poor customer service, ignored most of the issues I had and didn't offer any solution. Asked that they remove my account (email 13/2 8.03am) to which I had no reply and continue to get emails trying to get me to purchase more which led to me leaving this review. Half the lilies dies before opening and were just thin and a bit pathetic. Rose's were ok, nothing special. £35 for a bunch of supermarket flowers. Babies breath was an odd choice with a colourful bouquet and the greenery was hard and crispy within a couple of days and looked dead. Shame I cannot add images. No follow up from customer service to see if I was any happier once the flowers had bloomed. A very basic apology and on your way, that's it. No link to the product you ordered in email and poor search function online led to confusion as to what I was receiving. Florist choice had one image of suggested bouquet which was beautiful which was actually of a cheaper lily and rose bouquet which was a hell of a lot nicer looking than what I received.
