Took mw money but refuse to give me a prescription because I'm from the UK and don't have a US passport.

But still allowed me to pay and then get told that. I want a full refund immediately

I order some shorts, that were made out of the cheapest material I have ever seen. I asked for a refund and he (Kiane) kept replying offering a discount. Five emails later he accepted a refund.

I sent them back and asked for my refund. I was told they hadn't received them back, even though It was signed for and I have proof. I sent him the proof and he said he would "speak to accounts" even though this is definitely one person on their own. It's been nine days since they had these and have still not refunded me.

This is your final warning before. You also sent me your return address. you fool.... So I suggest you pay me, or suffer the consequences.

Auto-renewed me

Auto-renewed me, I cancelled 10 mins later and they refused to refund me $116 - No matter if I wanted to cancel everything and never use it, they are not interested - terrible customer service. Use someone else, don't trust thieving companies that don't help you out.

Joke of a company

Joke of a company. STAY AWAY!!!

Took my money $860 - then refused to give me a car when I got there. Said I was on some "Do not rent list" which made no sense and they can't even explain it themselves.

Just told me to call a number for a refund. So stuck in the middle of nowhere with no car and no money for one. It's not 24 hours later and still nothing.

Fuming is an understatement. I paid for this a WEEK ago. Why didn't they tell me then?

Product is good but would like better communication/deals

The product is good. I have an engage jacket and Phalanx Fleece and they were fine on a recent trip to Iceland.

However, I looked at these items for several weeks before ordering.... I was ordering with the offer but had to wait an extra day. When I came to order the price had increased by around £80 as the offer had ended. Even though the items were in my basket from a few hours earlier. I emailed to see if I could still get the discount and was told no.

Reluctantly I then paid £550 for the items. To only then find out a week after I bought my items, another deal started offering extra goodies to the value of £70+ when you spend over £500. Which I did only a few days earlier. Better communication would have helped or let me know. I would have sent these back if I was not on holiday.

Pretty poor way to go about things when people are spending so much. As much as I do like the clothing it's put me off purchasing more.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. IF I HAD A LOCATION FOR THEM, ID BE PAYING THEM A VISIT.

STAY AWAY!!!!! REFUSE TO STICK TO THE WARRANTY!!!!

The robot my Grandma purchased has now not been working for a MONTH.

They are refusing to take it back or fix it. Just keep telling me to reset my router and try a new phone to connect. Even when we've done this multiple times and they never come up with an alternative.

How the fu** is an 83 year old meant to connect to hot spots and follow poor instructions. So I've had to drive 50 miles to do it.

It's under warranty and they won't take it back. They take 5 days to reply to emails and on the phone they don't help you either.

It's a fu**ing joke and I'm fuming!!!

My Nan has waster £700 on this piece of crap and just wants it fixed. She's unable to hoover herself and wants it fixed under warranty or replacing but they point blank refuse.

They're a joke.

I WANT THIS FIXED IMMEDIATELY.

shocking!!! absolutely s**t service!! Paid with them and was scammed by some scum bag and they refused to dispute my payment and help get my money back - they couldn't give a fcuk about customers - just want to get their fees!! I hope Karma hits you in the face with a bus.

The signal in my town does not work at all.

Lytham St. Annes, FY8 - You literally have to leave the centre of town for coverage. So i'm changing back to someone else.
