Products are Ok but the use of Royal Mail as a courier is suicidal I have had numerous problems with Royal Mail delivering for Bulk which I never had when they used DPD.

I was given an 12:30 deadline for delivery today after placing an order and requesting next day delivery. Upon contacting Bulk I am now told it could be up till 7:30 pm I ain't holding my breath. They have lost my custom

Great products at good prices, but! poor delivery systems let them down. if you live alone and work away from home causes major problems, Royal Mail is a joke, promised delivery windows never kept and highly variable and parcels damaged.

This company supplies good products I have been a customer for many years, but! and its a big but. they now use Royal Mail. only one company worse Hermes and that's saying something.

My personal opinion of RM is possibly unpublishable based on many years personal experience. I urge Bulk to drop them I will as a matter of course restore my award to 5 stars that being done
