Exceeded my expectations in their customer service care. No quibbling about my claim against their 5 year plant guarantee. I had the original receipt but the plant is 4 years old.

Despite the staff being great, it turns out that the boots I bought aren't as good as I thought they'd be. The heel on both boots has worn through to the under structure, in less than a year. Bearing in mind that they haven't been worn for five months over the summer, I would expect at least 2 winters use out of them. Very disappointed

Do not use! Wish I'd read about them before ordering. Expensive and unreliable. Take ages to deliver, then don't respond when you want to return an item. What a total waste of money I don't really have.

Yes delivery is from China, via USA it seems - just trying to hoodwink everyone.

I bought a pair of snag chub rub shorts to wear under a pair of "mom" style jeans thinking that they would protect me from the awful rubbing the jeans caused. They do this, but I should have bought a smaller size. They are far to big for me, I'm a size 12/14 and I bought a D fitting. The problem is that they are far too big and they come up to just under my bust - more like a body stocking than a pair of shorts on me! So yes they do stop the rubbing, but they sizing isn't good as far as I'm concerned.
