Phoned to report gas usage logging issue with our new smart meter. The customer services advisor was very helpful and polite, and my call was answered promptly. Whilst the issue could not be resolved with current technology available, I am satisfied that it will not cause a billing problem with my current account arrangements.

Be sure to read the one star reviews for this joke of a company, as one star is too high a rating. We lost our beloved Havana cat, Ella on 5 October after a short illness, and it took over 8 weeks (despite calls and live chats) until they declined the claim and death cover over the spurious 14 day lead in time. As they charge a full first month premium, I would question the legality of not offering cover as a consideration against the client's consideration of payment. That does not comply with the principles of contract law, regardless of the policy wording. To add insult to injury, they have continued to take premiums for our late girl, which is deplorable. I have e-mailed, giving them 14 days to return the outstanding payments, and if they fail to do so, I will refer a claim to the County Court. We have two other cats insured with these jokers, but as soon as I have sorted alternative cover beyond the first 14 days (as I have with our new Siamese kitten), I will be cancelling those policies. Avoid this company like the plague. No payout and crap customer service!

Package arrived on time, but when handed over, it was clearly bent. I asked the driver to take a photograph, in case the contents (a £450 custom made blind) were damaged, but he declined, saying he only had a delivery log device. He said it was not his problem, as the vans are picked up loaded, so it must have happened during collection. The item was OK upon opening, but I thought the lack of concern or customer care was somewhat concerning. Could do much better!

The app is absolutely crap, and the vouchers often too vague. You think you have got the right product, but not when you get to the check out. I have been trying to add a new kitten for a week, but it won't let me. Half the time, the products you need are not available, so it is a waste of time going to the store. It won't let me review it on their system either. Convenient?

Both arrived promptly, but the one containing red wines had been slightly damaged in transit. It is arguably repairable, but is annoying as it is intended as a gift.

We have had a Tigga Towers scratch post and other beds for around six years, which with four cats is amazing. The post was looking very tatty, but still intact, remarkably, so we sent for a replacement 500mm post. It arrived within a couple of days, and the tower now looks like new. Excellent products and service.
