It's a scam..1000% scam lost €1400

It's a scam... Bought tickets from Denmark to Bangkok with connect in India... When tjek inn in Denmark, we was told, it was not possible to Transit in India if using two different flight companies, we lost 1400€ for new tickets.. and all Supersaver had to say was sorry... Never again this company..

I will NEVER use them again

I will NEVER book a ticket with Supersaver again! Had booked a flight over a year ago using their system but the airline canceled. You’d think getting a refund would be straightforward, right? WRONG. It was an absolute nightmare.

They dragged the process out for over a year, offering zero help and giving me the runaround every time I contacted them. Their customer service is practically nonexistent – slow responses, no clear answers, and zero accountability. Only after involving legal entities did they finally pay what they owed me.

I strongly warn anyone against using them. Book directly with airlines or a more reputable agency. Not recommended at all!

I was supposed to get a refund

I was supposed to get a refund. Super saver tells me the airplane company did not send them the money so they cannot transfer it to me. However I’ve got the confirmation that the airplane company DID send the money. Now they won’t replied to me anymore and we are two months further.

Sadly, terrible. Doesn't give refunds when promised!

I booked a return ticket to Argentina through Supersaver. I figured, if anything happens with one flight, I could also get the costs of the adjacent flights return. Turns out, I didn't get any money back.
My return flight got cancelled and I was promised my money back. This happened in May 2024. Many months and many calls later, which all went the same way: "sorry ma'am, you'll have to contact the flight agency yourself"; the flight agency pressing that I booked with Supersaver so that I had to get my money back from them (which is stated in their policies as well), and Supersaver promising to 'look into it' after me calling back. They always ended the call saying they would contact me via email and asked me not to call again. They never lived up to this promise. This happened at least 7 times over the course of these 10 months, after which they told me that the ticket had expired and I am not getting any money back. They didn't even reach out about this decision either; I had to call again. Which they had told me not to do. Seems like they just want to take your money and find excuses not to pay you back, hoping you'll forget over time... Shameless. And no honest apology at the phone, just shallow excuses. When asked why they let the ticket expired, they just say 'the team worked on it' but 'details are not possible to be shared'.

I spend €1.000 for my original flight, was forced to buy another last-minute of €1.200 due to the cancelation plus accommodation and extra connecting flights of €500. Booking with Supersaver cost me €2.700 I will never get back - which is painful as a student. That would've been a nice extra travel to Argentina. Please spare yourself this pain and book somewhere else!

Supersaver never again!

Supersaver takes your money and from then 0 service. Has cost me almost 800 euro!

It is better to pay a bit more at the start and to travel without all the stress.

Supersaver nimmt dein Geld und gibt danach 0 service. Hat mich fast 800 euro gekostet, nie wieder! Lieber am anfang ein bisschen mehr Geld zahlen und ohne stress reisen.

Seems fraudulent. Don't use via Skyscanner or anywhere

Just booked a flight two days ago. Still nothing to confirm my confirmation. The seats I paid for are still available on the carrier website - so they have not processed the order. Contacted starling bank to report this but they won't do anything for 7 days.

I booked it through sky scanner and it hasd a high rating. It looks like this is a fraudulent company.

Never again will I use an affiliate

Shame on Skyscanner for promoting this company and not removing it from it's site.

Stay away. Worse than high way robbery

Sold me a flight and there was an issue with the airline (the flight wasn’t confirmed or had an error). I had triple checked with them and the Supersaver told me everything is confirmed.

Went to the airport and the airline refused to check us in saying that we were not in their system. Airline pointed us to supersaver and super saver were pointing in the direction of airline to have it fixed. Long story short, we couldn’t make our flights and were really stressed with a horrific experience with a toddler and one young baby. Later on, supersaver suggested we should get a refund given the flights were in 2nd half of December and it would be very costly to replace for them. In fact they said there were no available flights to our destination which was obviously not correct.

Despite 1.5 months, I still have not received a refund. I wonder how can these guys operate in EU.

They are worse than high way robbers. Stay away

Don’t trust them they are thieves!!

Our flight got canceled because of corona. It’s been 4 year since and we still didn’t get a refund. Now they are telling us we should have called 3 years ago for them to help us with our refund. We have been calling since the cancellation, you wouldn’t help us with anything. We won’t get anything back, 4000 euro is gone just like that. It’s unacceptable, they are thieves. How can someone be so inhuman!

They keep telling me i need a confirmation, but then does not sent any confirmation emails (i tried tons of times, i checked every folder possible on email). Then they do not have any support chat or email. When you call them you are 50th in the cue and no one answers or they just cancel the call after hours of waiting. IT IS A SCAM , be careful

Very good tool to put your patience to the test

If you are okay with waiting for like months or years for having your simple requests like rescheduling or refunding done without getting any update on the status of it or even the actual expected date then I'll recommend this platform to you. They are really good at not caring about customer and his/her time.

Here is my experience. My airline cancelled my flight which is fine. I wanted to reschedule it but it took them more than 3 weeks that I finally gave up and asked for refund so I can book a ticket somewhere else. And now I'm still waiting for the refund. Each time I ask the customer service they keep telling me that they can not tell when.

You shall not fly - and be happy!

Booked my Belgrade flight (bookingsnumber: MOARXM) at the beginning of December last year, half year ahead, in hope to see my old mother at least once more. Got an e-mail a few weeks after the booking, saying that my inbound flight is cancelled by Dutch Royal Airways-Company (KLM). I reacted at once and demanded re-booking around the same date, but unfortunately after waiting a couple of weeks - no promised phone call (from India/Bangladesh/Pakistan... or where ever these guys have their call-center) from Supersaver. Eventually I called them back and demanded a new booking, or otherwise my money back... but again I had to wait and wait... I also called KLM to check if these guys were even real, and KLM could only confirm that my inbound flight was cancelled, without any further explanation. Sky Scanner (which I used for many years, for all my flights) was at first friendly, reasonable and willing to help, but as this issue went on and on, they more and more sided with Supersaver, insisting that Supersaver is "good company" and wouldn't go into further discussion nor my suspicions why for example the reviews about Supersaver on websites a such as Trustpilot are this bad, in contrary to suspiciously high ratings on Sky Scanner website, who I blindly trusted. The difference is like sky and earth + that reviews on Sky Scanner are hidden (the consumer can see only ratings end-digits and nothing more) while on Trustpilot people can see and read all reviews for themselves.... Unfortunately, in order to ensure seeing my mother, a couple of months later I accepted that things were definitely screwed and was forced to book a new (non-KLM!) ticket after a while, but then the insurances were the issue. Supersaver first said my existing insurances would be invalid if I'd book a new ticket within a new timeframe, but after I let them know that my new ticket is within the same timeframe, they said it's invalid anyway, because theirs is valid only within their own booking arrangement, accompanied with loads of blah blah blah bullshit. In other words, I had to buy an entirely new insurance as well, again. But then my mother suddenly died and I had no more money left to buy yet another ticket for the 3d time, so I arrived after her burial. Something I know I have to forgive you guys, because it's Sattvic thing to forgive and no release from Samsara is otherwise possible, but forget I can not, nor will I, and above of all, I shall warn others, how evil is Klaus Schwab and all of his corrupt companions. I say this because things like these were not possible before plandemics, and definitely not on this large scale. Definitely not before they started modifying the weather with haarp and chemtrails world-wide, while publicly preaching their climate change lies. And so today we have these climate change clowns, like Dutch D66 party ministers, the best friends of Klaus Schwab, who without any shame whatsoever, fly 20-50 times a year, including some really unnecessary flights of only 200 KM distance... while denying people like my even one flight a year. Disgusting! Well, now we see the parallels between Schwab's nazi father, who according to Wikipedia held even a concentration camp in WW2, and his son and his friends of our modern age. May you guys stay in Samsara forever. I'll gladly leave it all to you. I have to be honest and admit that 9 MONTHS LATER I got refunds, but only for my inbound ticket, as I tend to believe the insurances are an entirely separate scam/scheme, wherewith someone is making a good money, by only taking the money, without having to provide any services, let alone any insurances, whatsoever. All in all, now I know who are "you shall not fly and be happy" the companions of Klaus Schwab and so I shall not use their services again. In other words, good bye Supersaver, KLM and Sky Scanner. I shall never bow before your abused-rainbow-colors drag-queens flag. That garbage you can keep for yourselves too.

DONT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY

This was the worst company ever. They were terrible at communicating and every agent was saying the different thing. If I could give 0 I would put that. I was calling on the phone before the flight and the lady told me to call after the flight. Then all of the agents I was chatting to were saying different, that I should have contact them 3/4/6 hours before the flight. LIARS AND AWFUL PEOPLE. In the end I asked for a discount on a different flight instead of refunding it and they were completely ignoring my requests. Gave them 300e for nothing.

Supersaver no service, bad communication

I replied to an email from Supersaver that informed me about a flight change. I did this within the requested 5 days. Now they claim that I replied to a "do not reply" mail and therefore did not receive my mail. There was no way I could know that it was a no reply mail. Also my email did not bounce. Now I had to book a hotel because of the transfer time between two flights. There is no empathy or service at all at Supersaver. They just take your money and do nothing for you
