Not possible to enter reserved parking spot
I booked a parking place in advance for Charleroi airport. Despite trying several times in different ways (QR-Code & license plate) for close to an hour the barrier did not open. The local operator did not response when called via the button. The phone agent from quick parking could not help, either so I was forced to enter on a regular ticket to be able to catch my flight.
Reviewing online ratings, this seems to be a re-occuring problem - therefore, I find it completely unacceptable that they offer a service, which does not seem to work at all. While I was attempting, there were multiple cars with the same problem.
I am now still waiting for a response from the company on how to proceed, as I am not willing to pay for the same parking space twice... Not recommendable.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTE SCAM! I was trying to contact the company for over an hour and a half and arrived at the airport waiting for my car to be picked up. No one ever picked up, returned my call or sent me an email. I had to end up paying double to another company for them to take my car. I have reported this company to the trading standards. They shouldn’t be trading at all!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, shuttle bus for and from the airport was super, and to be honest was not too expensive at all
Delays at transfer to terminal (not all busses are operated)
The parking is easy accessible and the bus normally takes 15' to the terminal. However, we experienced a long waiting time for the bus at the parking. Apparently there were only two buses in operation, which are not enough. I saw the third bus parked without driver in one parking location (M). Yhe same happened on the return. Crowded bus, long waiting. VERY risky! You should plan plenty of extra time to be sure.
Another thing that doesn't make sense: on the return the bus passes in front of the first parking (Z) without stopping (!!!) and continues to the 2nd (M). As a consequence the bus has to drive all the way back to the motorway to the roundabout to make a u-turn in order to reach the 1st parking (Z) again!! Unnecessary time loss. Makes no sense!

We waited for 2 hours at Heathrow Airport this morning after calling 30 minutes before as requested!
We called but no one picked up. We were tired & cold. Could have paid half the price we paid them, got on a bus to our car & been home by the time they got to us.
To top it off we weren’t asked to inspect the car when he finally arrived. He just gave us the keys & couldn’t get away quick enough!
Our car was also filthy, sticky & dusty so extra expense for another car clean.
STAY AWAY FROM YHIS COMPANY & SAVE YOURSELF MONEY & GRIEF!!
They shouldn’t even be allowed on a compare site

On arrival they were late to pickup my vehicle, and I was charged £18.00 for the parking ticket, where other companies would pay for it. On the morning before my flight I checked my Tesla app to check the location of my car, I found it was parked on a layby on the A4.
On Arrival I rang the number so they could drive my car round to the pickup location. I was asked if I could look on my app to locate my car as they couldn't find it,
After 1.5 hours the company stop answering my calls and I had no choice but to ring the police.
The Met Police had done some checks and found QUICK PARK is known as rouge company.
Not sure why Heathrow dont stop this company to operate on their premises.

Easy to book, affordable price.
Easy acces at the gate.
The bus driver was very friendly, he saw us driving in and didn't left before we get to the bus.
On the way back, the bus was also waiting already at the terminal with the same friendly driver.
I recommend.

I give it 3 stars just because the gentleman who called me was very rude. I don't think you should talk to your client like that. Besides, my first experience is really good. If the chauffeur were more cultured it would be 5 stars

Horrible company, my car broke down a week in advance and it had to stay at the dealer for 3 weeks, so I couldn't park my car. I even got an automaticmail answer that they would refund my money. When you sign up they tell you that you get your money back if you cancel in time. Never got my money back and still fighting for it. They even lie over the phone, she told me I was payed back November 15th, guess what they wrote me an e-mail on the 20th that they were processing it. And I had to wait. this does't even make sence. It's December 6th and still no refund. It's just time consuming writing mails and calling them, it's just to much
