The instructions handbook for the sat nav and media were missing from the pack on delivery of the car. So far, despite several phone calls and emails, I’ve found it impossible to communicate with someone to sort this issue. I’m passed from one person to the other with no satisfaction

Very smooth sale of my car, receiving the value offered in the auction. I had no issues with Carwow from communications to downloading photos everything was trouble free. I commend Carwow’s friendly and helpful staff
The winter mat purchased is poor is poor quality, the hole for the clip to fit through is to small that the clip can’t be threaded through. Thus it can’t be attached to my bag.

The smart meter was installed in my garage, all fine. However, the installer did not clear up his debris, so I had to sweep up. Also the the monitor located in our hall is not showing a £ p reading for electricity use.

I'm sorry to hear that our engineer wasn't tidy and as a result you had to clean up after them, this certainly is not what we expect our members to have to do after we've completed an installation.
I'm Emily, and I'll be happy to offer some advice on this for you.
It sounds like your In Home Display may not be picking up your electricity meter information. If you can plug it in as close to the meter as possible, turn the display off for a few minutes and then back on and leave it for around 24 hours, this should pick up a connection.
If it doesn't we may need to carry out a few checks on the meters to ensure we're getting a good connection with them. To do this, you'll need to give our Care team a call on 0330 303 5063, they're here to help Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
I spoke to Catherine an Steve regarding a repair required to my dishwasher, bother were friendly and gave a clear price and terms of service. Very happy with service so far, here's hoping the repair won't be troublesome
