I love the product

I love the product. The delivery was rather slow. Was supposed to be 2-4 days but I waited longer than that, probably over a week. Nevertheless I’m happy as I found what I wanted to buy long ago.

Can I give zero stars?

Can I give zero stars?
What a terrible seller/shop.
I’m simply ordered 9 packs of one type of treats and got wtong treats delivered. Then I had to prove it was wrong sending photos of what was in paperwork and what I actually was sent. Then they ask to pack it and they arrange a yodel collection. No mention to me how/when I will be sent the correct order. After they collected my return I find out that they resent the correct items and yodel claim they delivered. Rubbish!!! I was at home handing my return to the courier and got nothing to replace it! No they ask me to look for the parcel around my house and neighbours. Ridiculous. Give me my money back, you thieves. Yodel have no signature from anyone here so as far Adam I’m concerned Time for Paws did not fulfil their order and are trying to rip me off. I will raise a dispute through my credit card.

Watch it! They have gone down the hill

This company has gone down the hill. They used to be attentive and quick in processing claims. Now I raised a claim for £109 on 5th April 2024 and until today I have had no explanation what is going on. They think that customer service is adequate for someone who has two dogs insured with the and hardly even any claims. Well, they could be more wrong. I’d rather pay more to a company who take notice and listens to customers. This massive letdown has been going on since April. I wonder if this company has actually gone bust but the website is still there.

As we offer some of the most comprehensive cover on the market, we receive and pay out a higher volume of claims than some other insurers with these volumes increasing over the past few years. We know these high volumes can slow us down and we're doing everything we can to fix that, like by hiring lots of new team members. We're so sorry for the wait!

The customer service is great

The customer service is great. I felt I was running out of CO2 and wanted to speed up my delivery but then changed my mind again and decided to wait for the scheduled delivery. The company was very accommodating and there was no issue to adjust anything. I’m so pleased I don’t have to be buying endless plastic bottles of sparkling water and I make it myself. Love it.

I have had enough of contacting…

I have had enough of contacting BoilerJuice. What a crappy service. I am waiting for responses to my emails requesting monthly subscription fees for Jan and Feb because yet again the monitor stopped working and they did not read the oil level which lead to dangerously low level in my oil tank at 10%. Yet again I had to intervene and order the oil by myself. I am fed in sending emails and getting one “please review us”. So here I am reviewing BJ.

Boilerjuice - do better please

I have been let down lately by Boilerjuice. I have been paying a monthly fee for them to monitor my fuel level and recently discovered that the monitor was not working. Boilerjuice were not in touch with me asking how come I don’t need fuel yet. My previous order was in April. It’s December now. I had lots of funds saved on the Boiler juice account but clearly no one was monitoring the status of the monitor. I realised something was not right and discovered the monitor was faulty. Since I let Boilerjuice know about it, I have had 500 litres of oil ordered quickly (and delivered) but no one has contacted me to fix the problem with the monitor. What I am paying the admin fee for??!

So far a positive experience

I have made one purchase so far from Açai Outdoorwear and was very pleased with both pairs of the trousers. At first I was worried they’d be too tight but I received an advice from the customer service which with time proved to be accurate. So I am glad I did not exchange for a larger size. I will definitely be buying more at some point. The clothing is very comfortable.

New customer disappointed from the start

I’m a new customer and already a frustrated one.
There is no support in setting up a Connected subscription. No live chat available. Number 01480 775 454 seems disconnected, constantly I hear “we are closed now”, all day long. It’s like no one is bothered to speak with customers.
I got a monitor and it does seems to work! Useless equipment. Maybe it is the app. Before oil delivery I had 55% full tank. Now after filling it up I still have 55% full tank. How is this device + app expected to monitor the oil level? I am expected to be running. With a dipstick every few weeks to manually enter readings into the app??! It’s rubbish. I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.

Sizing could be better

Customer service is great. Sizing was not perfect so I needed to exchange. Size described as for an 8-9 (M) year old turned out to have size 8 on it and was too small ( it equalled to the size of the same garment bought two years ago with size 7-8 (S/M) on it. So I had to exchange (without any trouble) for much bigger size which my 9 year old will have to grow into (size 10-12). So for now there is no benefit.

Purepetfood…pure pleasure

I recently decided to try Purepetfood recipes. My dog has no allergies but many kinds of food she had eaten before were too rich and were making her metabolism too fast. It felt like food was wasted as she wasn’t absorbing the goodness well enough. And I was forever picking up that waste. I have already seen improvement third week into Purepetfood diet. As soon as the transition period of mixing old and new food ended, and she was off the old food completely, her stomach started to work differently. Two poops a day (before 4), easy to pick up. The coat is shiny. Lots of energy. Honestly, I am impressed. Very tasty recipes. Personally I have not tried but I am told so…

Very disappointed; unhelpful!

Not happy with service. I ordered a few items for my daughter totalling in the sum that gave me free shipping. As difficult as it is to buy clothing that fits online, most items fitted, but suede chaps did not despite me following the indicated measurements. I email Dawn asking for help in exchanging, I was after her advice which chaps could fit. I waited and waited and got no reply at all. When I finally returned the chaps worth £22.99, I was only refunded partially as the original shipping cost was charged to me and hence the refund sum was reduced by nearly £4. This is not fair simply. I did my best to substitute the chaps that were too small. I just was not assisted in it at all. I will not be buying from this shop again. Also, be aware, if you want to exchange something you have to pay again for shipping. Basically, if everything fits, jolly good, but if things do not fit, this shop is a trap!

My dog loves it!

The Yumove For young and active isn’t particularly cheap so it was nice to get a significant discount for the first order (used a one off voucher sent to me from the KC). It’s a shame the subscription discount going forward is only possible on small box of 60 tablets and not on the 240 one. I will have to find the cheapest way to get it, possibly from a middleman. Cause one thing is sure - I will continue to give it to my very active dog. It’s got good stuff that years ago I used to give to my dogs under a different name (different country). One of them still had hip problems in the end but she lived a year over the life expectancy for a Doberman so I cannot complain. Especially large breed dogs are prone to joint problems so this, yumove for joints, is simply a must. Needless to say, my dog loves it!

Fabulous - my fruit and veg are on display

I got the wire shelving for my kitchen - instead of a veg/fruit rack. It’s hanging on the side of my kitchen unit. I’m very pleased I found something as lovely that fits the space.
As it’s not hanging of the wall, I had to find a different way to fix it to the unit’s side. The provided plug was to big and the thread on the screws was too far out. But I managed to find more suitable fixings.
It looks beautiful and the veg and fruit just complete the picture!
The delivery was fast and the packaging was outstanding!

Good price and quick delivery

Good price and quick delivery. However, one item was missing. I emailed first and then called to report the missing item. There was no problem - I received it in another package...along with another package with the same item. So I ended up with one too many. It’s a shame cause it’s unlikely that I will use the extra one and I could not return it.
