We had conservatory blinds fitted 6th…

We had conservatory blinds fitted 6th February 2023. We had a query about them in that the bottom of the blinds with the trims on weren't the same size. We have contacted the representative on numerous occasions and on his 1st visit back he agreed with us took photos and sent them to his office. We are still waiting for their reply. Not very good customer service. Since giving this review a reply came to ring a telephone number about my query and was told there was nothing they could do and offered a £50 off voucher for next purchase. Needless to say I will not be using them again.

Lost house keys while out shopping

Lost house keys while out shopping. Rang up said locksmiths and they came out within the hour and drilled out old lock and replaced with new one. Little bit expensive but at least got back into house.
