One of the greatest recoveries ever . One minute there was a problem , then “ don’t worry “ 15/20 minutes later 6 guys , 3 vans . It was like The A Team ! Great guys . Great job & excellent communication from M J Quinn beforehand
I have long been a fan of, they are so easy to use and previously transparent, disappointing to see them adding excess insurance by sleight of hand. Easy to amend & have it refunded but you have to be vigilant. Happened twice today.

Dreadful experience. Notified of 4 hour change to flight no problem, get to the airport for new time departure 15.15 - “ oh so sorry your flight changed to 11pm “ pitiful Bao Bun & water . Almost midnight before we took off . This 11.05 am flight did not leave until 5pm for the 6 previous days . Trying to change flight hopeless . Have just been to local office to get help with future flight that has been changed- waste of time . Never again
First class - from the booking process, through collection to returning the car . Everything clearly explained- no confusing up selling & much cheaper than an on airport pick up . Please come to Melbourne. 😀
Unable to correctly answer basic pre arrival questions on £2300 pw house e.g. does it have BBQ coffee maker , then “don’t even think about asking for early check in or late checkout “ Based on the smell from the drain in the master bedroom shower the house was almost certainly empty before our arrival. Continually reminded of 9.00am checkout which is outrageous even allowing for extra Covid protocols. Then 10 days , yes 10 days after departure fictional damage claimed by owner & deposit withheld. 12 days after that deposit returned but without either an explanation or apology. Use them again ? I don’t think so . PS it’s interesting to note that Secret Suffolk need more information in order to reply suggesting that it is not uncommon to withhold a deposit without a substantiated reason & then release the deposit without an explanation or apology.The property was Thalassa in Aldeburgh & the booking ref was 4897616 booked by my friend Ron who therefore had the misfortune to deal with SS .

No quibble return . My cover was in perfect condition but not a great fit over folded in wing mirrors and i want them folded in . Probably need a custom made cover. Really appreciated them making it easy as its a pain for them dealing with returns .
So cross that I didn’t join until 2020 - missed out on so much . Making up for it now . Huge range , lots of info & excellent service. Not a place for bargains but great value .

Don't worry - membership is for life, so plenty of opportunities to make up for lost time :)
As a co-operative, all of our wines are priced as low as possible. The supermarkets may sometimes beat us on price, but rarely on quality.
Don't forget that there is at least £3.00 of taxes on every bottle of wine, so anything bargain-priced is likely to be poor quality or a loss-leader for those profit-making retailers.
All of our wines are high quality and only offered to members because our talented and experienced buying team were passionate about them.
i suppose i will find out how good they are if i ever have to make a claim ! Have always felt confident with the cover & responsiveness when i have had questions .
Given up . Amex now trying to get information from them but being ignored too. Hopefully i will never have to deal with Opodo again. Would love their directors to do some mystery shops
