Horrible first experience

ROUTE Porto - Lisboa (Portugal). This was my first and probably last experience with FlixBus. Driver was rude on arrival and the toilet was apparently broken and could not be used on a direct 3h30min trip. She was often speeding to overtake at any cost and driving erratically with sudden breaking and crossing solid white lines on several occasions. One of the seats we paid for (pre-paid seat reservation) was broken and would not stay up straight if you leaned back on it. USB plugs also did not work. The service was provided on a white old bus, very different from the Flixbus we were seeing coming in to the terminal by the way. Customer service email reply from Priya was a copy paste dismissal with no refund. Horrible experience.

Worst customer service experience

Good morning

On 18/02/2022 I made a transaction to Morrissons of 82£ which got readjusted to 77£ after a missing item refund.
Cashback terms state 10% for orders above 30£.
I was credited with 0.77£ cashback (1%) instead of 7.7(10%).
I've logged this since with no reply after 10 working days.
Live chat and phone staff are just dismissal.

I have nothing but bad experience with customer service. We all make mistakes but at virgin no one seems to know or want to know what's going on and how to help.

And when I mean No reply after 10 days, I do mean I've reported it on as a missing transaction / cashback and I've got no reply

No maintenance at all...

Absurd smell of sweat..
AC turned on 10' C (welcome to the Antarctica)
Any cable machine with no proper tension
Free weights / barbells / plates left everywhere....

Hi Ruben, thanks for leaving us a review. We value and appreciate member feedback and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this. However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this.

1h wait. Then another 5min of messing around because the system can not find my account with all details given being correct..
Trying to transfer money to another account on my name - Payment failed. Needs authorization from payments team in 2-4h and might be contacted for further verification - what?
Surreal, money out asap.

Stay Away!

I've now been a customer since July 2019 on the GetSmart 2020 Fixed tariff and had the smart meters installed from the start of the contract.
We're now in November and I have not been billed correctly not even once. Every month they have charged estimated periods (but they can pull out accurate readings from the smartmeters) or in addition, I have been charged for periods that have already been billed and paid the previous month.

Once you get in touch over the phone, some staff will amend your bill right away, and some won't have "permission" and have to send a request to the billing team to correct it (which they never did). I guess you just have to be lucky with who helps you over the phone.

Formal complaint? Yes, well.. as usual, first they raise the issue and someone will get back to me (never did..). Then, if you want to speak with a supervisor/manager, You, the customer, are expected to provide a resolution for this, Not Spark... meaning, if you have a problem how do you expect it to be fixed?...
Well, as obvious as it might seem - "I would like to be billed correctly (most months, at least)", Answer from a Manager today: "I can not guarantee that you will be billed correctly".

All in all, if you would like to get to know the "accounts management" team aka customer service and speak with them every month, sometimes with multiple calls for a week, this is your Energy Supplier! But If you would like to be billed correctly, and spend that time some other way...
