Horrible first experience
ROUTE Porto - Lisboa (Portugal). This was my first and probably last experience with FlixBus. Driver was rude on arrival and the toilet was apparently broken and could not be used on a direct 3h30min trip. She was often speeding to overtake at any cost and driving erratically with sudden breaking and crossing solid white lines on several occasions. One of the seats we paid for (pre-paid seat reservation) was broken and would not stay up straight if you leaned back on it. USB plugs also did not work. The service was provided on a white old bus, very different from the Flixbus we were seeing coming in to the terminal by the way. Customer service email reply from Priya was a copy paste dismissal with no refund. Horrible experience.
