I would give 0 stars if I could!

I travelled with my newborn for the first time in Greece. EasyJet BROKE our pram on the way back and lost our suitcase!! Their customer representatives are appalling, avoiding to answer any questions directly and speaking in riddles! I wish I never used their services in the first place. Please avoid them like the plague!!!

The worst airline with the worst customer service!

I recently travelled with Easyjet from Copenhagen to London and my flight was cancelled which not much notice given. There wasn't an Easyjet representative that could help at the airport and the whole process was a nightmare! I had to fly with another airline the next day but Easyjet refused to compensate me for the luggage that I had already purchased with them. Also, they offered a very stingy £30 of drink/food expenses for over a day of hassle and trouble. The staff that I spoke to over the phone were rude and unhelpful. What a circus of a company!

Money-hungry company

I like the features of Wix but their prices have rocketed! I have been a customer for many years and have seen a massive increase in their prices! Once they hook you in, they keep increasing their prices - it's all about making money. Not happy with them at all...

Avoid this company!!

By far THE WORST customer service I have encountered by a printing company. Slow and clueless! It seems that it's all a scam. I placed an order over a month ago and they are unable to provide me with updates on the whereabouts of the order. They have good quality stuff but their customer service is awful. I would put 0 stars if I could. Avoid!!

Awful company - massive delays

This is a very poorly-ran company. I paid premium service to send a parcel from the UK to Europe and the parcel has been in transit for over a week now. The customer advisor on the phone said that it could potentially take another 2 weeks for delivery due to backlogs of work. Very disappointed by Parcelforce!

Wire in my food and no refund!!!

So, I’ll get straight to the point. About three months ago, I picked up my first Tacobell order in their Croydon branch while on a day trip. Two bites in the taco, and a WIRE pierced the top of my mouth. Thankfully my friend was able to go to a nearby pharmacy and purchase a pair of tweezers while I waited outside (and trying not to swallow the wire!!). Eventually, my friend took the wire out but it was really painful and uncomfortable.

I reached out to them in multiple ways as I wasn’t getting a response or an apology - I filled out their website form and messaged them through Facebook. All I wanted at the time was my money back out of principle, as I had to throw away all the food as a result of this. Eventually the Croydon Manager emailed me - a few emails later he offered me the option for a refund in-store only while the lockdown was going on. I explained that I didn’t live locally but he refused to provide alternative. This was the cherry on top of the cake.

I wasted HOURS with their awful customer service to get back a tenner essentially - they are so unprofessional that they even failed to do the minimum and process a refund. Please avoid this shop!!!

Customer service was able to solve an issue

I placed an order for postcards after a colleague in publishing recommended print24 for their excellent quality. I had some issues uploading my artwork online and didn't find the website particularly easy to use. My order had been printed wrongly due to my mistake in selecting the wrong photo orientation during the upload stage, however the customer agent of print24 communicated with me very effeciently and kindly offered a replacement. Also one of the agents assured me that print24 is currently working to update their website system, which will hopefully improve the overall experience. The customer service has been helpful and I look forward to receiving my replacement postcards in due course! Thanks
