I would give 0 stars if I could!

I travelled with my newborn for the first time in Greece. EasyJet BROKE our pram on the way back and lost our suitcase!! Their customer representatives are appalling, avoiding to answer any questions directly and speaking in riddles! I wish I never used their services in the first place. Please avoid them like the plague!!!
