Difficult to deal with. Incredibly rude staff. Initially appear helpful - would recommend using a a claims handling company to avoid issues. Esure will offer the world to stop you using one - but don’t agree to it as once you’ve agreed to using Esure they will become rude and difficult.

Very poor service. Severely delayed, dirty, graffiti, expensive.
Would recommend TFL looking at transit systems in other cities to see what is achievable and acceptable.

Bought a pair of trainers which lasted for a couple of short holidays before wearing out. In my opinion shockingly poor quality. Tropicfeel pride themselves on sustainability but not in my experience - a long lasting quality item is needed, rather than disposable rubbish. Tropicfeel are not interested in helping as I didn’t purchase directly with them - wish I had read the other reviews.
***TropicFeel asked me to reach out, as mentioned I already had. I reached out again and TropicFeel are still not interested in helping with the quality issues I have experienced. Would recommend buying from a higher quality brand.

Terrible service. Bought a pair of trainers which lasted for 1 two week holiday before wearing out. Sole Trader do not recognise the manufacturers 3 year warranty. I would recommend avoiding Sole Trader and buying direct with the manufacturer.

Terrible customer service for EV charging. The Migration from Source London was a disaster. After a long and painful conversation with Total Energies they finally admitted there were issues and payments were impacted. Unsure if the emails and links are genuine or fraudulent and the only reassurance I was given over the phone was - yes I can tell you they are genuine.

Issued an electricity bill for supposed usage 3 years in the past without any explanation. Took over 8 weeks of discussions to eventually get it resolved. Some staff rude and unhelpful - others were good. Seemed to make up Terms and Conditions to suit their argument.

Ordered shoes, arrived quickly considering international. Unfortunately the wrong size was sent, return was processed quickly and efficiently and the correct replacement was sent out and received quickly.
Review of AXA Health
Strongly wouldn't recommend. In my opinion/experience AXA Health seem to not want to pay out for claims. It has often been a struggle to get an agreement on treatment, even having to escalate to the Ombudsman - who thankfully agreed with me.
Having left and joined a different provider I have more peace of mind.
Separately - it is so slow to get through to AXA - phones always seem "busier than usual".

Order cancelled with no notification. I placed an order for a watch for my daughter. Weeks later I had not received it or any communication. After emailing customer service I was told they would investigate and get back to me within 1 or 2 days. As expected I heard nothing so send another email. I was then informed that the order had been cancelled due to lack of stock. No apology and no explanation why I had not been emailed about this. A very disappointed daughter.

Very disappointed with Crouch End, Park Road Pools. Terrible service, avoid. Hopefully Haringey Council will be able to appoint a different company to run the site.
Wanted to use the Lido, went on the website to check availability and it is unresponsive, impossible to find out anything. Tried to phone, but no answer and the mailbox is too full to leave a message. Recorded message says use the website!
Walked to the leisure centre with 2 children to be told that the Lido is lane only swimming until Saturday and children under 12 cannot use it. Most other Lidos offer a family swim session at some point.
Staff unable to help, and they struggle to access their own website.
** please note the response is misleading. On the date of my visit there were no family swim options available. The response below was weeks later - as expected from this company!

I would giver zero stars if possible. Terrible - parcel did not arrive when originally claimed. The during the revised delivery window the website state that the parcel had been delivered and I had signed for it. This was false - and the signature was faked.
