It's just a terrible service. Every time that is about to arrive, then said "no one was home" and I've been here the whole day. What a ridiculous service, what a lazy people.

Very good experience so far, quick response, speed payment. I could have given 5 stars but they have changed my account 0.0 spread rules without communication and I've been forced to adopt another strategy and moreover buy another swap free because of that.

Unfortunately I can't put 0 start. They are just the worse and such a useless service.
They have missed 2 times to collect my parcels, which is an Amazon return. I have taken 2 days WFH just for the collection. I tried to contact them, and they had all details wrong.
So, now they said I had to contact the seller....umbelivable.
