I found the site during a holiday sale and ordered two table lamps for a guest bedroom. They arrived on time, but I had an issue: the finial couldn’t be secured because the harp was too short, and the shade color didn’t match the harp.

I contacted customer service, provided photos, and received prompt assistance. Shelby informed me that my claim was being processed and has kept me updated on the claim, and shipment of two correctly sized shades. The representative was excellent throughout the process.
