Absolutely brilliant experience

Absolutely brilliant experience. I needed to get some flowers to a lady in another county and when I looked online, I saw Interflora. Having used them in the past, I ordered a bouquet through them. A local florist in the area that I was sending to made up a gorgeous bouquet and it was delivered on time. I was sent constant updates and a photo of the actual flowers. Interflora kept me updated every step of the way. The recipient was over the moon as was I. Will use Interfloral every time as they never disappoint. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had a brilliant service selling a property through JG. Matt from Uttoxeter did a great job marketing it and giving invaluable advice on how to present it. Sold to first viewer. Sales progress team, Vicky at Burton was phenomenal at chasing all parties and drove the sale through as quickly as it could go. We've bought and sold with JG and have nothing but praise for them.

A fantastic family business who put their customers first.

Our son has recently purchased a Fiesta from Hodsons and we were so impressed by the brilliant customer service from Mike Newton that when we decided to upgrade our car, Mike was the go-to guy. He is a genuine, knowledgeable, friendly chap and Hodsons are lucky to have him, he's a credit to the company. We are over the moon with our purchase and are planning to return later this year to get another car for our youngest. Thank you Hodsons and Mike x

I like the shoes but the sizing is…

I like the shoes but the sizing is completely wrong. I went for Bontrager Circuit shoe and the graph shows a UK Wms size 7 equates to EU size 39.5. I rounded it up to a size EU40 thinking there would be plenty of room. When they arrived, they were way too tight. The box and graph say EU 40= UK men's 5 1/2 and women's 7. I reordered size 41 and the charts say UK men 7 and UK Women's 8.5 which they are not but they fit my size 7 feet.
I had to pay £6 postage to return them. I spoke to a lad called Gee and he arranged for me to receive a full refund. He couldn't have been more helpful. Customer service is excellent and I will use Balfes again in the future.

The parcel was delivered on time and in…

The parcel was delivered on time and in perfect condition. When stating my preference for where to leave the item if I was out, there were not enough options to say exactly where to leave it so I had to choose doorstep, however, when it asked for further details, I was able to say exactly where to leave it which was under a vehicle which is always in the garden. However, it was left on the doorstep, I'm not sure whether the driver gets the full info or whether he missed that bit. Would be better if Yodel just gave you a text box in order to write instructions initially instead of having a restrictive tick list. Other than that gripe, am happy with service.

Absolute pants.

I had an email AND a text to say my parcel was out for delivery. It would arrive 5.30 to 7.30pm on Friday. By 10.30 that night it still hadn't arrived. Nobody I could contact as customer service shut at 7. No explanation, nothing. I had checked the tracking and from 6pm until 10.30 it was saying 13 more drops before mine and showed on a map that the driver was a couple of streets away, his position never altered or the amount of drops. On Saturday I got a text saying it would arrive that day. When the driver came, he was asked why it hadn't been delivered, he mumbled incoherently and walked off. Absolute cr@p customer service. Won't use any company that uses Yodel again. Shower of do do. Zero stars from me.

Rose cottage on Cowldyke Farm in…

Rose cottage on Cowldyke Farm in Yorkshire was our chosen cottage for the week. The cottage was lovely and cosy and really clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The lady owner was lovely and friendly. The cottage was fantastic value for money. We had a great break and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a place to stay.

The price of my tyres was great

The price of my tyres was great. They were despatched really quickly but Evri let them down by delivering late. I had paid for next day delivery, it cost me £10. Evri admitted that they missed the connection but didn't offer me a refund on the postage.
Can't fault Evans in any way but it's put me off using Evri as a courier. With hindsight I should've chosen Royal Mail and waited a bit longer.

Great experience with Tredz.
They had the tyre I needed at a fraction of the price that my local shop had it.
Expected delivery was approx 1 week but it arrived within a couple of days, fantastic service.
Would use them next time and would definitely recommend them.

Quick to take your money, not so good when you have a problem!!!!

Booked a week at Corn Bin, Sedlescombe, booked through Original Cottages. Property had issues with cleanliness especially kitchenette and state of shower. On return, received a review request from OC,completed it but had no reply from OC and poor review not posted on property listing. Obviously only post nice reviews, not balanced at all and very rude to not even acknowledge me after a week late now. Wont use again and wouldn't recommend OC or Corn Bin until it's had a proper clean and broken stuff fixed.

Cant be beaten on price. Absolutely amazing value. Other insurers were no where near.
Site is so easy to use and I was kept up to date with details of my renewal options.
All my documents are easy to access and payment went through smoothly.

First found this company on Amazon and…

First found this company on Amazon and after reading their positive reviews I decided to order 20 x 10L pots for my tulip bulbs. They arrived really quickly and were well packaged. The pots are great quality, really sturdy, just what wanted. I received a 10% off voucher so ordered direct with the company when I needed another 20 x 10L and also 10 x5L. Even without the discount code, the pots were much cheaper the more multiples of 10 you order, Amazon just double up the cost of 10. Will order direct with Elixir from now on as they have so many great products on offer. Can't rate them highly enough. The courier they use were fine too so no problems there either.
