Customer support doesn’t work properly
I am a loyal customer of lookfantastic and every month purchase something from them. However two weeks ago I had an unpleasant experience. My package didn’t reach me and it was stolen either by the postman himself or by one of my neighbours. I have contacted the customer support via an email but two weeks later they still didn’t send me a new box. They keep totally ignoring my complains and the post service saying that lookfantastic didn’t try to reach them. I have wasted so much time of sending them every day emails but they keep just ignoring. 6 whole years I was the loyal customer and now I am concerned if I wanna purchase from lookfantastic again. Very upset. I don’t need their apologies, I only want my money back or for them to send me the new box.
Update: Lookfantastic has contacted me and issued me a refund. It’s a pity that I still haven’t received the box however I am glad that it’s solved.
