Very poor service

Very poor service. Was offered a guaranteed service to remove fleas for a fixed fee of £200, numbers didn't reduce, they came back to treat a week later, still the remained. It's now been 4 weeks and I'm being told to use a company thermakill if I want a guaranteed service. I filed a complaint 10 days ago however I've still not heard back.

Didn't receive cistern lid

Didn't receive cistern lid. Courier signed on my behalf when he delivered the pallet as I was out. Asked for replacement lid however since it has been a few weeks over Christmas they will only offer 10% discount on entire new toilet.

The courier dropped it off and signed for it whilst I was away so was unable to inspect at time of delivery.

We actually recommend performing a full inspection as soon as possible to determine whether any items are missing/damaged & notifying us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery but here we are being informed of the missing item after 40 days [30 days excluding Christmas Vacation].

Brand new unused item refused return

Brand new unused item refused return. Said they extend to 28 days and of that time 2 weeks was festive period. It had been about 35 days.

Hi,
I am sorry that we were unable to accept the return on this occasion, the product was a branded item and we have 28 days to return it to the manufacturer outside of this time we have no way of returning this. If it was one of our own products that we sell from our own warehouse we can be much more flexible.

Courier didn't want to drop off as the…

Courier didn't want to drop off as the property was near a mini roundabout. I was charged a £50 return fee. Aggregates Direct / Parcelforce should not accept an order if are not happy to deliver. Avoid at all costs. Paid £136.50, courier didn't want to have to stop on double yellow so couldn't deliver. Received £32.50 back.

Hi Alex,

We try our best to accommodate, and upon investigation, the customer service agent was searching all around the property to find somewhere we could offload the goods.

As I'm sure you're aware, it is unsafe to stop on a double yellow line, on a busy road and near a roundabout. Unfortunately we can't be held liable for failed deliveries (as stated on our website).

All in all, you know more about your property and what space there is more than we can so we'd suggest taking a quick assessment before placing an order with any other company - not just us - and making sure the vehicle would be able to deliver.

Accountants are seriously incompetent. Quoting HMRC relating to sole-trader when our company is a Ltd company. Caught them out on several occasions. Head accountant admitted training is clearly needed.
