Bought some engine oil last week…

Bought some engine oil last week 20litres and today when it’s supposed to be getting delivered I get an email saying order cancelled. When I contacted bandq I was told items not in stock when I asked how come it’s taken a week for you to tell me this? Nothing just an apology ok fine next I’ll be getting a refund in the next 14 working days what a joke never again bandq this is the 3rd time and last time I’m gonna get messed around with them

Nike worst company to deal with

Tried to deliver to wrong address left a pick up card at wrong address my neighbour from across road. when I contacted Nike they had no clue contacted Evri they had no clue what had happened or why my parcel was left 5miles away at a shop from my address they told me a investigation would take place with them selves and Nike and I have to pick up my item or start a return. So I started a return with Nike then my neighbour goes and picks up my parcel a few days later thinking it’s his having no name or address on card when he saw my name on parcel he was very angry driving so far out the way realising it’s not even his parcel there was no name no address on card. Nike and Evri again didn’t know what’s going on or where the parcel has gone or how somebody could pick it up with out being me. Nike is the worst company I have ever dealt with customer service is really poor no help not a clue how to deal with situation on top very rude asked 5 times for someone to contact me no response every time all I got told where lies about call back from a manager today every time which never happened till this day Evri and Nike as bad as each other both clueless of what was going on or happened it has been over a month never heard anything from Nike still Never buying Nike again for me or my kids

Be aware avoid pandora online

Ordered a pandora bracelet for my wife’s birthday with some charms online end of November received them just after Christmas I don’t know why it took so long. Turned out to be wrong size spoke to customer service at pandora asked to send back just the bracelet which I did filled return form stating which size I wanted an exchange with 3 weeks later no joy called pandora this Monday was told there are 3 in the size I want is on way to get delivered to me just to see an email 2 days later saying I’m getting a refund. Rang pandora customer service they can’t help me they don’t know why I was refunded there manager can’t speak to me cause he has a long cue of people waiting to talk to him. Now I’m stuck with the charms Thanks for ruining everything

waste of time and embarrassment to their customer

I purchased a gas hob from appliance direct online on the 1/11/19 item wasn’t in stock I placed order so I could collect from Huddersfield store guessing it will be there Next day Saturday like every where else I shop. Saturday came I received an email that my order Is in progress Saturday afternoon I get an email I can collect my order on Tuesday the 5/11/19 I was a little confused at this point why so long of a wait Bare in mind I paid £2.50 to collect from store. Come to Tuesday I received a nother email stating once my order is ready I will receive an email that I can pick up my item. I waited all morning no email rang customer service at 11:30am they said yes you could go Huddersfield store and collect anytime after 15:00 I traveled 4 miles to store where some one is telling me to wait another couple of hours or go to Elland store one is there I said why should I travel to eland now whilst I paid to collect from here last Friday he was so arrogant and replied we’ll just wait for a few hours then. the time was 16:00 now I was angry and said this is a joke refund me this is too much so I’m back on the phone to customer services and again they are telling me to go back to the store my order is ready to collect at Huddersfield so I go back when I get there One of the staff apologised and said your item is ready to collect and went to the back of the store to get my order only just to come back 10 minutes later to tell me my item is not at the store I don’t know why we don’t have it I was so angry and disappointed it was unreal I have never had anything like this before it was just mad now I’m waiting for my refund
