Avoid at all costs!
Ordered a pandora bracelet for my wife’s birthday with some charms online end of November received them just after Christmas I don’t know why it took so long. Turned out to be wrong size spoke to customer service at pandora asked to send back just the bracelet which I did filled return form stating which size I wanted an exchange with 3 weeks later no joy called pandora this Monday was told there are 3 in the size I want is on way to get delivered to me just to see an email 2 days later saying I’m getting a refund. Rang pandora customer service they can’t help me they don’t know why I was refunded there manager can’t speak to me cause he has a long cue of people waiting to talk to him. Now I’m stuck with the charms
