Appalling service.

Appalling service.
After my review of yesterday giving an account of my experience with Evri, I get a standard response. Cut and paste or just automatic ?
I am invited to again use their appalling customer support system which doesn't work.
I shall just have to accept that I will not be reimbursed for their failed collection.
I have had three dealings with Evri recently - one a failed collection, one a lost delivery and one delayed delivery. The successful delivery took Evri longer to achieve than it took from the time I ordered from China to it clearing UK customs.
I will never send anything by Evri and will do all I can to ensure that anything I order from a retailer will not be delivered by Evri.

Absolutely appalling service.

Absolutely appalling service.
Parcel supposed to be collected on 12th September, it wasn't. Checked the tracking late that day, It said we were not in. We were. Said they would collect the next day. They didn't.
Started checking the Evri tracking - H029BA0002471375 - it just showed it would be collected on 13th September. It still does on 15th October.
I have tried using their chat and telephone to cancel and get a refund but I just go round in circles and nothing gets done. I've had a couple of emails back, but they just refer back to their chat or telephone system. It appears that no human exists at Evri, it's all automated and nothing works.

Inefficient

I left OVO in early August because I didn't like their insistance on having a credit balance for over a month ahead.
I received a refund after the transfer was arranged but have now got a demand for a repayment as they say an error was made and they had overpaid me.
I eventually got an apology.
Not sure if I have been now been overcharged - but beware !

I bought Pazu Video cutter to trim AVI but it doesn't work.

I bought Pazu Video cutter to trim AVI files,from Bits Du Jour, which the blurb says it will do, but it does not. Asked for help from Pazu and was told that function would be included in a future update.
I asked for a refund, but was told to get the refund from Bits Du Jour.
I looked at the Bits Du Jour website and it says they don't do refunds and say the programme maker should do that.
Went back to Pazusoft and told them this and get no reply.
Went back to Bits Du Jour and contacted them but they don't reply.
DON'T buy anything from this company !

Perfect experience !

This is the second iPhone I have bought from this firm - this time for a daughter.
Again, I can't tell it from a brand new phone and the battery capacity is 100%.
Absolutely no problems at all and I would recommend them.

Excellent trail camera

I have a Trail camera, PH800w, replacing an earlier model. It takes very good photographs both by day (colour) and night (IR) and is a very good improvement on the earlier model. The key pad for altering the settings is much improved and easy to use. I can't comment on reliability as I have had it only a short time.

Don't use this Company

I ordered a “Waterproof 4 Fork Eyebrow Liquid Brow Pencil “ for my wife. It was in stock, so we expected delivery within three or four days.
The shipment confirmation gave a tracking link and I found it was coming from China (in stock in China ?) and would be some time. So my wife decided that she didn’t want to wait that long, and I asked for the order to be cancelled ( the tracking showed that it had not been despatched).
I was told that it could not be cancelled but I could ask for return instructions once I had it delivered to me.
I then asked for it to not to be forwarded from their warehouse but kept in stock.
I was then told that was not possible.
So it arrived and I asked for return instructions.
Instead, I was asked to send photographs of the item, which I did the same day.
No reply, so after a week I asked for a response. That came two days later. They would not accept it back because it was a liquid.
I pointed out that it was not the same product as illustrated on their website, but again, after no reply for a week and a request for a response, it would not be accepted back.
Companies House tell me that it is a UK registered company, “Zizo Marketing” and it is registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London. It has one director and a Company Secretary, both positions held by a Mrs. Wafae Warid who is a Moroccan.
71-75 Shelton Street has over 500 businesses registered at that address and appears to be a postbox.
The company appear to be using MycosmeticsLondon as their trading name, but they might use others too.
I paid £19.40 – the identical item was for sale at a delivered price of £2.40 on Ali Express.

The moral of this is to check Trust Pilot for reviews of companies you don’t know about before you deal with them – and if you see something that you want, and would not want to return, check Ali Express ! And don’t use this Company.

Very good company to deal with.

The phone arrived in less than 24 hours. If I hadn't known it was reconditioned, I would have taken it for new. Perfect condition and with a battery of 100% capacity. It is just what I wanted to replace an iPhone 6 and it exceeds my expectations.
The description on the website underplayed the product.
