Returning Customer

Ordering is easy. The company checks. Suggested delivery was a little longer than advertised BUT they delivered quicker.
Door really well packaged, which was good as paid extra for a specific colour finish.
Second time purchaser from this company and their service is just as good.
Delivery was brilliant, on time and very friendly Lee went out of his way to make it easy for the Mrs receiving.

First time customer

Massively late delivery (nearly 3 weeks) compared to what was advertised which was 24hrs.
They didn’t offer any information until I went chasing them.

However the quality of plants that have turned up are good and were very well packed, resulting in no damage and arrived in perfect condition.
So they redeemed themselves somewhat hence a massive 2 stars as I see other people have been waiting same periods Vs advertised delivery.

On the whole excellent

On the whole excellent. Food is loved by my loved Mutts. Delivery is usually brilliant and great selection of products to choose from.
The only not so good thing is the clunky website which isn’t intuitive and have in the past found it confusing to navigate and sometimes difficult to change orders.

Tech Support like it should be

Quite rare you come across a company who is interested in helping and more importantly does successfully help all the way to solution.
Spotted issues with firmware and within 2days of requesting help they issued revised firmware which solved the problem and 10days later working perfectly still.

Service on day excellent / AnyVan administrative treatment appauling.

Used for a house move then was planning a small office relocation.
The first personal house move had to cancelled and rebooked due to solicitor issues. Complied with the minimum amount of notice / cancellation policy. Received email confirmation of cancellation for first move, rebooked few days later.

On the day the guys that turned up were an absolute delight and can’t fault them, as this was the day 4inches of snow landed in London overnight.

That is where anything good about AnyVan stopped.
Multiple emails / multiple promises about Accounts getting back to me / more promises that the refund issue was going to be “escalated” to Finance and more nothing !!!
Got fed up and used Section75 with my bank to retrieve my money whom agreed I complied with advertised policy and refunded my money.

I take this as a blatant attempt to avoid refunding me / no one has bothered doing anything to sort this so thankfully I kept all documentation & emails which went to my bank whom agreed with my stance.

From this end experience of AnyVan I went elsewhere with the office move I was organising.

Guys on the day perfect doing the actual job.
But the experience with AnyVan as a “company” is abysmal and could be used as a training course on how NOT to impress or treat customers
So I went elsewhere for other business.

Please don’t bother me asking for more details you have had multiple emails which you have acknowledged and promised someone would get back to me in 48hrs then 24hrs etc, you didn’t.
Not wasting anymore of my time with you.

Regards your reply of today 11th Jan 23, it doesn’t explain (IF your systems showed no payment taken) why on two different occasions, where my contact to you was acknowledged, why did no one actually bother to reach out to me and discuss or enquire. You have ALL my contact details.
You blatantly chose to ignore me and only replying now as I have used TrustPilot what it is useful for.

Any one who includes the statement at this stage “I can only apologise” has lost immediately as your admitting your company got it wrong and messed it up.

Had you engaged when you promised TWICE to do so this could have been solved whatever “technical error” there was snd information shared to prove you took money.

You chose not to.
End of story.

Excellent range of products and prices.
Disappointed by delivery which was advertised as 48hrs, took double that which isn’t PaceTechs direct issue but they are contractually responsible for the delivery of items.

Used once, never again. Stick with a UK supplier.

Used them once as Website appeared good. Unfortunately that's where all the positives ended.
This company is not worth using, to save a few £'s, spend the extra and deal with a company who gets it right.
Bought a specific wheel bearing hub assembly and eventually received after nearly 10days wait !! (I bought something from China and it arrived in 4 days!!) It was a different product (F.A.G Bearing) repackaged into an SKF box.
Trying to speak and deal with these people is appauling, still awaiting a reply on what they are going to do 3 weeks later.

With regards to below entry by AutoDoc, I have already submitted clear photos of the item received and the packaging with a lengthy email explaining and as per my comments 3 weeks later nothing from you !!
Yet you reply to a negative feedback forum like it is the first you know about it !!!
