Good afternoon order
Please be aware that I’m incredibly distraught regarding the above order, I was told on Saturday by R…. that the order would be dispatched Monday by the latest. My daughter is getting married this Saturday and it looks like this is not the case. Iv spoken to R, l, C, And M. Had I not been told it would have been dispatched Monday I would not be in this state. The other dress was sent back as the colour looked different and I truly thought there would be enough time because on the item it said delivery was 3/5 days.
I’m also a blue light card holder as an NHS staff member and I had contacted your team and held on line for over half an hour so I gave up on the 30% discount.
Very very disappointed customer

I contacted iflorest and asked about…

I contacted iflorest and asked about the delivery and they were unhelpful as there was no email to say when they were being delivered so I was clueless to there where about and I had told the person who was reserving them that the order had not gone through
