I contacted iflorest and asked about…

I contacted iflorest and asked about the delivery and they were unhelpful as there was no email to say when they were being delivered so I was clueless to there where about and I had told the person who was reserving them that the order had not gone through

We are able to see from looking at your contact with us we emailed you back to ask for further information to track your order, we unfortunately did not have a response. Once we had this information we could have sent you your tracking.
