Good afternoon order
Please be aware that I’m incredibly distraught regarding the above order, I was told on Saturday by R…. that the order would be dispatched Monday by the latest. My daughter is getting married this Saturday and it looks like this is not the case. Iv spoken to R, l, C, And M. Had I not been told it would have been dispatched Monday I would not be in this state. The other dress was sent back as the colour looked different and I truly thought there would be enough time because on the item it said delivery was 3/5 days.
I’m also a blue light card holder as an NHS staff member and I had contacted your team and held on line for over half an hour so I gave up on the 30% discount.

Hi everyone,
I bought a ted baker suit for over £88 as sales from phase eight online website.
Guess what happened,
I ended up receiving 1 neck scarf and 1 head scarf from a fake chinese company working with phase eight uk.
They work together to fraud online buyers. My banker warned me about this transaction but I didn't listen.
I will advice everyone not to risk to buy anything from phase eight uk website. I have experienced it and I don't want anyone to go through what I have experienced. You will lose your money if you try. Thanks

Just had a reply from my last post about being ripped off by this company over 2 prom dresses I bought for my daughter and paid cash ( big mistake ) as was told I could bring the one back she did not want and get a cash refund as I paid cash . Reply basically said f of we got your money and we are keeping it DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY . They are no better than common thief’s

I don't suppose I will ever get my money back, but this is just to warn everyone else! Don't confuse this site with Phase Eight website

Ordered a dress 70% cheaper than RRP, changed my mind immediately after looking at reviews and tried emailing them through the two email addresses on their site to cancel the order but they refused to do so. A few days later my credit card was charged £15 more than I paid on the website. 6 days later the dress arrived and it was essentially a thin cotton tent, nothing like the dress I'd ordered on the website. However I claimed the money back through my bank on the grounds that my card had been charged for more than the order value, the item I received was not what I ordered, and they never supplied me with a returns address. So if you're caught in the same situation, email the website immediately and keep your emails as proof of correspondence - you should get your money back too :-)

Ordered L.K.Bennett dress for 100 pounds which was not delivered at all. Please beware that this site is complete scarm and you will not get your money back. I have reported it properly and hopefully it will be closed soon.

Avoid this website. Complete scam. Got what was supposedly a Ted baker skirt. However it was a poorly put together cheap skirt that was completely different to what was advertised. A very unhappy customer.
