bought two heaters from probreeze, the payment section does not allow you to correct the addresses when you use gpay, google transfered me half a dozen times and then wiped their hands of it, but the fact that i sent an email to the firm as well and have heard nothing, quite frankly stinks, i now look at a loss of this product as it is going to my old address and not to me, not impressed with either firm
been trying to sort this out, yodel tells me they cannot alter the wrong address and contact the sender, the sender pro breeze tells me to contact yodel, a regular round robin isn't it.
customer support stepped in and sent me a replacment set of heaters, thankyou. only problem is that the original two were delivered to my old address and are now in the new owners way.
waiting now for a responce to my email.
A wonderful woman from called Emma from customer support chipped in and sorted this out, she is also sorting out the return journy, i promised to myself i would give the partial refund with a bit more to charity.
