i have never been so discusted

i have never been so discusted, when moved into my house the boiler was new, it developed a leak, the plumber arranged a rplacement as there was a fault, the relacement has only lasted two years and now that has developed a leak inside, on a plastic part, absolute rubbish

dont know what you did in this last update but its rubbish now, it took me half an hour to get it on bbc this morning, and all so you put adverts on my tv.

I cannot imagine anyone doing a DNA…

I cannot imagine anyone doing a DNA study so quick, the sent it back within hours. Also where two other sites state my origins this site says totally different, giving me cause to doubt it's accuracy, it's also money orientated, pay for a deep review and there's another after it, the second they supposedly did in about 30 to 45 mins, yeh right, do not use, go to a reputable company

total unimpressed, put a lot in from my ancestry account and when i changed pc it had all gone, entry of data is not easy and not very logical, i understand the need for care but they go too far and its counter productive,
better with others

i must say initaIly, i was impressed, but having been blocked for no reason and the lack of interest in restoring my connection, is ver dissapointing, all they say is try again in 24 hours, this is not what I paid for or want. right now at this point its not worth the money

This is the worst app

This is the worst app I have ever attempted to use, you would think that they would use the fingerprint or retina scan to access, once you have set everything up.
But oh no you have to resubmit everything, useless

Itcan improve by getting its software…

Itcan improve by getting its software right, when I put it in it worked fine, switching things off and on a treat, so much so I ignored their bad fitting, but I have found faults recently, I could not get nest working at all until i removed the Alexa device then nest started working again, time and time again the lights would go off line.
something wrong with the oftware somewhere

Asked were my product was and was all but accused of lying, made to sign a piece of paper to say I had not had it, between this company and Amazon I felt totally alone with no help at all, the difficulty in getting what is rightfully yours is astounding, the auto bots on Amazon are terrible and of no use at all, I think I shall avoid this company in future. update, the product arrived Saturday midday ish, so who was right

cpapstorelondon, went to these people to get a state of the art mask or at least so I thought, the problem I have is that the old full face masks annoy my eyes and no matter how i adjust it, it moves to irratate my eyes.
i recieved this new mask damaged and rang them up, it took them a long time to answer and when they did answer it seemed ok, however they said they would send confirmation which i havent recieved.

for a while i had my car licence…

for a while i had my car licence withdrawn in the space of around 30 days through cpap machine I brought my apnea score down to 1.77 (normal) the DVLA re-issued my licence in the begining of Feburary 2024, LV sent me a mail to say i had not got a licence at the End of february??
even though i rang up, I got told that the dvla would have to tell them i now had a licence, when a simple check online would have told the truth, how can i trust someone as inefficient as that gone now to someone else, not happy at all, we are not all untrustworthy you know. Update, their software does is not adaptable enough and does not allow them to alter the licence details after re-issue, went to someone else

37 days ago I was diagnosed with sleep…

37 days ago I was diagnosed with sleep apnea I was told initally to make sure I used the machine for 4 hours at least, i streached this at first to 5 hours and quickly streached this to 7 hours, which I now do every night, in 37 days my events per hour have dropped from a diagnosed 40 events per hour to 0.4 an hour and has been in the normal range now for 11 days, I have to say that I have not felt this well for quite some time, thankyou

bought two heaters from probreeze

bought two heaters from probreeze, the payment section does not allow you to correct the addresses when you use gpay, google transfered me half a dozen times and then wiped their hands of it, but the fact that i sent an email to the firm as well and have heard nothing, quite frankly stinks, i now look at a loss of this product as it is going to my old address and not to me, not impressed with either firm
been trying to sort this out, yodel tells me they cannot alter the wrong address and contact the sender, the sender pro breeze tells me to contact yodel, a regular round robin isn't it.
customer support stepped in and sent me a replacment set of heaters, thankyou. only problem is that the original two were delivered to my old address and are now in the new owners way.
waiting now for a responce to my email.
A wonderful woman from called Emma from customer support chipped in and sorted this out, she is also sorting out the return journy, i promised to myself i would give the partial refund with a bit more to charity.

never have I had such a run around as just now, i had some work done in oct 2022 to the rear strut assembly / suspension unit rear suspension, coming back from Scotland there were two a loud bangs, i got the car home and my friend went underneath it, my friend is a car buff, he cannot see where there has been any parts fitted at all, now having finally got the right department to contact i am being fobbed off with her saying she cannot find the manager. what a carry on, after the lack of after care and total indifference to my spending money for absolutely nothing, I have decided that the AA is not worth my money or time, years ago they had pride in what they did, wheres it gone, time to leave

Not happy

I bought a blind about 12 months ago, absolutely fine, trouble is since then they have inundated me with mail, emails and to cap it all off they have just rung me absolutely blind, when I want to buy something I will buy it I will not bow to unwanted pressure, thought cold calling was illegal anyway
fat lot of good that was lines blocked with callers, not a problem anyway as you are blocked on most everything
