I expected with a name like there's…

I expected with a name like there's that this would be a quick delivery, I appreciate that this is a busy period for them but this is now the 10 day not counting weekends or bank holidays and I still don't have the plants, I don't even know the delivery firm, this may have been dumped with the junk files as they were more interested in selling me more stuff then supplying the ordered ones, it grieves me at having to write the whole thing off. Not happy

this firms sales technique is very…

this firms sales technique is very aggressive having said that when Derek the fitter came round he proved to be very professional and the product itself is good enough to sell itself.
The sales people reappeared on the day of fitting and tried to sell me more and before I knew it I was getting a call from a girl trying to set up the meeting

The people who knocked will have been marketing staff rather than sales people, however I apologise if they made you feel under pressure to make a further appointment as that should not be happening. sitting here watching my 74 year old…

sitting here watching my 74 year old sister and my 78 year old brother in law trying to sort out nissan assist and getting nowhere, they have to be out of the holiday cottage by saturday morning and getting no help at all, can you imagine just how upset they are

site doesn't work as it should

just in all good faith went to pay my last bill of £11.91, a site error kept saying whoops during the process so as I had no confirmation of payment I continued after the third time the site gave me a confirmation of payment, when I look on my phone app they had processed all three entries, when i rang the bank they said the extra payments could only be cancelled by EON.
when I rang EON this young girl told me there was nothing she could do and that all three would go through when i said it was because of a site error she wasn't interested, i suggested this was theft, taking extra payment when it had not been earnt she put the phone down. so in effect i an being deprived of my money because their site doesn't work as it should

Hi Martin, I'm sorry to hear this happened.

The advisor you spoke to was correct, there's nothing we can do once the payment is in progress. What we can do however is wait for it to clear and then send it back to you via a refund.

The payments will take 24 hours to clear so please get back in touch with us tomorrow and we can refund you the £47.64 you'll be owed.
