Needed to resort to PayPal Purchase Protection to retrieve my money
My order was shipped via a GLS partner, whose tracking code GLS said they didn't know.
After more than 1 month without receiving the package, I reached out to Alice's Garden customer support, which just kept telling me to wait longer and that they were in contact with GLS to solve the issue. They kept answering me the same way after multiple contacts.
After 2 months, I finally opened a PayPal claim (I had paid via PayPal). As the seller was not able to find any justification or resolution to the problem, PayPal refunded me the full amount I paid. Thank you, PayPal.
At no point did Alice's Garden want to refund me. They even asked me to drop the PayPal case, instead of trying to solve it.
I won't shop there again.
