Hello JD sport I made an order less…

Hello JD sport I made an order less than half an hour ago when I’ve looked on my order it’s going to the wrong address so I called Jayden head office and spoke to Tony. Tony was very unhelpful and willing to help. Tony told me to wait for my order to be dispatched and then contact the courier and tell him about the change of address when we know it doesn’t work like that. Also I asked for a refund and Tony would not even help me with a refund order number so I told him I was going to trust pilot and was told as a will as a goodwill gesture he will cancel my order. How unhelpful and unprofessional order number 840576190 :

Off spring why have you stopped selling…

Off spring why have you stopped selling Jordan 4s and when you do it’s like your customers have to get in the queue . Buying sneakers is a normal thing but now days it’s a nightmare and you’re letting us get ripped off buy these resellers.not just rappers that can afford same trainers, but top shelf. Think about it ppl are only catering for the rich and famous, and it’s not fair anymore

Hi size. Can u tell me why you do not stock Jordan 4s because you’re leaving it down to extortionate resellers. That are not the ones.come size get with the program and stop letting us get ripped off by resellers

Dear NEXT I called this number…

Dear NEXT I called this number 033377778999 yesterday evening to enquire about a light that I purchased 11 months ago I had an electrician come in and put it up, threw the box away and it’s up on my ceiling and the transmitter is gone in the light so when you turn off the lights, it’s you on. So when I called I was meet with the most unhelpful woman she would only give her name as Joanne she would not tell me what she just said she works on the floor. She was rude arrogant and would not help me with my line of enquiry, she was only saying if I had the receipt the box the name of the lights I went online while we were speaking on the phone to look for the light.and she would not help me she just was argumentative.and I did say I was going to call and report her I would like you too listen to your voice recordings, because if this is what you call customer service wowNext I’m very surprised and shocked
Had to end the call.

Still waiting for replacement of a…

Still waiting for replacement of a tooth brush and toothpaste that wasn’t in my order: told you not good at responding.when things go wrong : now I have to swear on my life away. I had to show them the packaging. I had to show them what I received as it seems like I wasn’t believed still waiting for a response and my toothbrush and toothpaste that was missing from my parcel because it was not in the parcel either wasn’t put in the parcel by mistake, or it went walkabout went on its way, but I didn’t receive all my order.

Sticky fingers double rap your parcels

Why are bits and pieces of my parcels going missing? It’s happened a few times. I can’t go point in my fingers at the delivery person. But something is not right along the way. If it envelope or something that you can open slyly, it’s being opened and items are missing from my parcels. It’s been happening for a few years now but I just have to let you know.

My whole order was put in a bubble…

My whole order was put in a bubble envelope. Envelope was ripped at side of envelope so someone could have a look inside my parcel. Ordered 3 tooth brushes received 2 .only received 4 tooth paste and the toothpaste pump doesn’t work so I can’t use may have to purchase from another site because when things go wrong hismile do not want too take responsibility purchased something before and I forgot to put my flat number and I’ll try to call high smile and I wasn’t interested once it left the Depot use boxes for large orders not envelopes that can be opened by hands

Yolda think they can do as they please and deliver your parcels to wrong addresses, and then tell you that the parcel has been delivered with a neighbour they sent my delivery two blocks away and had to go and hunt it down
