Ugg customer service is appalling. I went to uggyesterday Regent Street to return a pair of shoes that was too small. When I got back it was about five minutes till closing time. There was one person before me. A lady came from nowhere very abruptly and asks, where is your receipt, the receipt was in the box if she took time to open the box and look, then I was told to take a picture of my returns form blank and leave the shoes and they will return them. I’ve had nothing back from ugg. When I call back this morning to verify my return, I was met with an unhelpful one of your team for the customer service because I was going to make a complaint. She said there’s no phone number for Ugg I asked for the email she said I have to look for it myself and then put the phone down, I’ve been shopping with ugg for the last 20 years and never met with such unprofessional people in your store Regent Street. At first I was met with a guy telling me that I couldn’t make a returns from online. When I know you can take your goods to any store if you bought it online for a return or an exchange Ugg need to come better than this

Didn’t get any instructions that my delivery was at the delivery spot? Good thing I was in Brixton and I popped in size and my parcel was there.but good service in store

Called pdsa numerous times with a sick pet can’t get appointment when ever my dogs ill. Called emergency line because my dog was vomiting bright green bile and his poo was like water. I said to the lady on the phone is it possible I can get an appointment early because I always have to wait for an appointment over a week and I’m scared that my dog might pass away reply I got back. Well that’s not a good enough reason for calling the emergency line and she has other dogs that are sick to deal with and put down the phone.I’m shocked that all the reviews are awful. From tomorrow I’m going to look for pet insurance for my rare beautiful French bulldog that deserves all the care in the world you’re not just an animal you’re my rock. Also some needs to go and look at the unhygienic area where they keep sick animals. It is disgusting. Because my friend went for a job interview and she could not believe her animals that cared for unclean cages are not cleaned out regular Pdsa needs fining to fix up their act because they’re very money interrogated

SSE my gas bill came in at £450. When querying the bill. £450 is because I did not send them a meter reading. When I called to make part payment today. The man DIDI was very unhelpful to listen to my queries, just interested in the payment.when I asked his position in his job. I was told he doesn’t live in this country London England. I’m speaking to him in Cape Town so I ended the call. I wanted to keep my bank details in London not all over the world. So call ended and I’m waiting for a link to be sent to my phone so I can give SSE there meter reading but he was just wanting the payment.wasn’t interested in anything I had too say just was asking for my card number: sounded real suspect to me
