Terrible services

Terrible services. Three times my Carbon X1 has been in for repair because the battery wont charge, which is a known fault with his model. Three times I have had to pay due to "customer induced damage" even though that damage has NOTHING to do with the battery not charging. I love Lenovo but their aftersales is beyond useless. AVOID

Avoid these utter clowns

Avoid these utter clowns. Ordered last November. got sent the wrong part. they argued it was the correct part, then sent another part for the wrong year. Fast forward nine months and I am now taking them to small claims court. Been promised refunds forever, but they never happen. Just full of excuses.

Amazing food. When I became gluten intolerant meal time became a real hassle. A friend suggested Mindful Chef. What can I say? - it's been amazing. Its taken all the stress out of dinner time and we have had some delicious meals of restaurant quality. We wouldn't be without it

Avoid

Paid for the screen to be repaired. Guy turned up and repaired the screen. Then said the WiFi wasn't working, which it wasn't, and I don't care. Said he couldn't sign the job off without the WiFi working so refitted my broken screen. Said I would get as refund but when the money arrived it was £60 short. So in sixty pounds down and still have a broken screen. Actually it's now completely broken whereas when I called it just had a small black section... Sorry Samsung but the service is just terrible

Awfully high charges

Awfully high charges. I paid nearly 15%!!

Website barely works. Mobile site is confusing and missing MOST options. Integration with Royal Mail VERY problematic. Hyperlink in the label email doesnt work.

Twice I have tried to send back a prepaid return. Twice they have refused to take it, citing various reasons. IT HAD A PREPAID STICKER ON THE SIDE.

"I'd rather sleep on the street!"

This hotel is one of the worst I've had the misery of staying in. Firstly the website took my money but didn't book the room, so I ended up paying twice. I later got one payment refunded (via Paypal). The hotel is VERY old, like horror story old.

There were strange stains on the ceiling and the once white gloss was now a horrible yellow colour. Who knows what secrets the carpets hold? The room service was offered but the price was £17.50 for a ridiculously small offering (the menu said £14.00 - thanks COVID!), of which I could have eaten five of.

The room was sparse and the air conditioning had been stolen I assume as although I could hear someones, it wasnt mine. As I didnt have any. This left the room hot and the window wouldn't open more than an inch. At this point I couldnt even call my family to rescue me...I assume the window only opens slightly to prevent "jumpers"

I went to sleep hoping breakfast would be awesome. It wasn't. I t was missing half the ingredient I ordered and was again one of the worst breakfasts I've had. Upon booking out I noticed my mobile phone wasn't charged - later investigation revealed the socket I was using didn't work.

Update - the shower is cold when I used the main shower head. The fun here is endless.

They've changed

They've changed - for the worse. I have used Day Soft Classic for years and found them amazing. Over the last year they have changed however and they now make my eyes really tired after about 11 hours. It's got to the point I thought it was me, but after reading other reviews I have decided to swap to another lense. If I change my lenses after ten hours then my eyes are ok, so I now know it's the lenses. daysoft wont admit to changing anything other than the packaging, but surely we cant all be wrong?!
