Not the cheapest by any means but completely reliable company & service 1st class.

Great blinds, only thing I found confusing was the fast track service extra payment, it’s more directed at the manufacturer process rather than the delivery time so you pay an extra £10 on top of the standard delivery price. The blinds arrived a day later than scheduled & only a day earlier than if I hadn’t chosen fast track apart from that all is good.

Driver was good & helpful but delivered a day late even though I’d paid for extra for next day delivery also tracking didn’t work so got products ok but delivery hit & miss.

Complete utter waste of time. Despite 16 emails over 10days confirming our delivery it has still not materialised even though they are sitting on £563 of my money. I’m not sure if this company are about to go bust but I’d certainly recommend cancelling your direct debit if you have one & get any outstanding money back, I’ll never use this company again or recommend to anyone this is all on top of an order last year being delivered to my neighbour instead of me & my neighbour being charged 1/2 price & my promise of free oil because of the cock up never ever did materialise despite my ongoing dispute over it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Had issues trying to fit flooring would just not click together but no one seemed interested in coming to site to see our problem, no replacement or refund offered bought replacement from Homebase £6 a box cheaper & sailed through it with ease would even say it was better quality all round.

Great experience so far & absolutely fantastic price by a long way.

The we will not be beaten on price never happens because no one else sell’s Howdens own products so even like for like kitchens, doors & skirting’s to name only a few you get the same answer, it’s a bit different from our product so we can’t price match it or beat it. Very frustrating to say the least.
