A fantastic business

A fantastic business. I found a great value box set as a gift for my grandson and they shipped it so quickly direct to Hong Kong.
Everything was so slick and efficient. I highly recommend this company for their stand out service.

Fast easy and efficient

Quick to load my own mobile image selfie up and they were quick to issue me with their vetted passport photo. A great after-sales service with a very fast responsive team.
Highly recommend for UK passport renewal.

I bought a Microsoft surface arc mouse…

I bought a Microsoft surface arc mouse at a good price and read positive reviews.
It was received 3rd week January quite stained with wear on the touch sensitive plate and has only worked
quite intermittently with often
failing to register clicks.
I bought a new surface laptop at the same time but I'm now overseas and it's simply not worth the hassle to try and ship it back and chase around for. My advice is you can get a good deal on here but there is a high chance the item might be faulty and not been repaired properly.
I would not risk it again

After leaving a 1 star review over 6…

After leaving a 1 star review over 6 days ago I have still heard NOTHING from this awful company which seems to not care about customer service.
BELOW SEE MY REVIEW LEFT 6 DAYS AGO!! _ STILL NO RESPONSE!!!

This is the most useless company to do business with as they do not communicate even after 3 emails complaining about non delivery. I ordered (Ord#700382141 ) and paid for shoes on 26/07/22 they promised delivery on 28/07 and confirmed that by email. No one arrived all day and for sure no delivery attempt was made. I have nowsent 3 emails to them and one to their useless carrier GLS and have heard nothing! Not even the curtesy of a response. I'm still waiting to hear from them today 08/08/22. Useless!!!!!

I ordered hepatic wet dog food on…

I ordered hepatic wet dog food on 31/01/22 for our dogs and also paid an extra EUR2.95 for priority delivery + EUR2.95 with a Guarantee of Tranquility.
On placing the order the goods were shown as in stock and for quick 24hrs delivery. 5 days later I chased the order as the goods were never delivered.It then transpired that the order was not available as they were 6 items short but noone had had the decency to contact me or advise that the order had been held. They took my money, said delivery would be quick and never delivered and would have just left it there of I had not raised a complaint. The non delivery resulted in us running out of the specialist hepatic diet and our dog was very ill because of it. The customer service is awful and even now I have no idea why I was charged the xtra EUR2.95 Tranquility Guarantee as it guarantees nothing and is just a scam as far as I can see. A tone deaf customer complaints department does nothing and cant even answer simple questions. My advise is place your orders elsewhere they are an awful business with awful service and awful communication.T

WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED AWAITING EXCHANGE 3 MONTHS LATER!!

I bought and paid for a premium stone Arezzo bath on 4th December, 2019. The web site said it would be delivered in 2 to 10 days with standard pallet delivery. After a wait I chased the company and they told me it was being handled however I still did not receive the bath until 22nd December - 18 days after ordering!..... which was nearly twice as long as the web site stated.
The delay meant that I missed a forwarding shipment to Algarve Portugal (every Thursday) and because of this the bath could not be forwarded until after Christmas incurring post Brexit fees including customs clearance fee and duties of GBP180 as well as the shipping fee which I had expected in the sum of GDP100.
I didn't even mention this to VP and took the cost but when my builders went to install the bath they found that the product shipped was a light acrylic product which is much cheaper, lighter and of a very inferior quality.
I advised VP who on 28th February after seeing a jpeg of the product I did receive emailed me back saying “We agree this is the incorrect bath that has been sent out” QUOTE
It is now the end of March and I still do not have a resolution. I need the old bath collected, or written off, or I can return to VP in UK but I do expect the costs of this to be paid by VP.
I then need to have the correct bath shipped as ordered and paid for and I consider that VP should pays all direct costs involved in making the exchange.
I am still waiting for them to do something 3 months since delivery hence the 1 star rating.
Their complaints department does not seem to function, looses information or keeps asking for the same information. I asked the person dealing with this to escalate the matter to executive level but nothing has happened and they can't ever ring me to engage. Communication is by email only with large gaps between each email. I'm totally frustrated and cannot believe a responsible business can handle a simple issue like this so incompetently.
Why cant they just ring me and sort this out???!!!!!!
