Poor salesman with false promises, poor internet which was never a problem before. I have had to spend extra on boosters. Complaints that do not get resolved. I had to cancel my DD as they were constantly over charging me lines I didnt have an extras I didnt agree to. They then decided to hit me with late payment charges because its the terms of the contract. Surely there is something that states they should actually provide me with a connection that can be used first!

Terrible company. Poor sales team who are less than honest with details of the contracts.
I have had no internet or phone lines for a week with no update about when this will be restored. Apparently is is an Openreach issues but at 5pm Saturday evening I find out this issues hasn't even been escalated to BT!
Extortionate prices, poor communication, contracts that don't match what the sales man promises and delays with repairing internet and phones ( vital for almost every business in 2025!)

Terrible company. The flooring I ordered arrived damaged. At least 1 piece in each pack and in some cases the entire pack. I had emails and text to say a delivery had been made when it hadn’t, no response to emails, poor apologies with a lack of regard or suitable outcomes for delivery issues and damaged items. Re delivery and dates changed constantly . No one escalated a complaint despite calls and email. I now have an almost finished room and a new delivery date of February ( original order Nov). The room cannot be used until completed.

Stuck wheel : Sent out a guy who was contracted to the AA. His van was empty. He came with a block of wood. he had to borrow a mallet and WD40. He started banging the wood against the wheel. He missed the wood several times and dented the alloy! He couldn’t get the tyre off so he left. We called them back and the person who took the call couldn’t authorise anyone to come and help. Absolute disgrace. I have no idea why I am paying when they can’t assist and send out an incompetent person with no tools. He informed us that despite us telling the call handler exactly what the problem was she was only 19 and didn’t understand and couldn’t/wouldn’t be able to get anyone to recover our vehicle.

I ordered 2 garden domes. Unfortunately 1 dome found the hot weather a bit too much and the seam melted in the heat. The customer service was amazing, helpful, fast, responsive and I have a new cover on its way to me. I will be buying the material cover for the warmer weather to prevent this happening again.

The BBL that has been set up for business isn't being paid very quickly. Its been over 4 weeks and still nothing. Generic responses to emails, phone operators that are clearly reading from scripts. You are appalling. With other banks paying out in less than 24 hours I don't understand why your customers are being made to wait for so long. Withholding the funds this length of time may put some people out of business not support them.
