Poor salesman with false promises

Poor salesman with false promises, poor internet which was never a problem before. I have had to spend extra on boosters. Complaints that do not get resolved. I had to cancel my DD as they were constantly over charging me lines I didnt have an extras I didnt agree to. They then decided to hit me with late payment charges because its the terms of the contract. Surely there is something that states they should actually provide me with a connection that can be used first!
Ongoing issues since the day I signed up
