The advisor was able to reassure me that two totally random and unexpected emails about my account were incorrect. I received one email telling me my non-existent cancellation of my non-existent request for the Greener Energy upgrade had been approved, and 1.5 hours later an email welcoming me to Greener Energy. No idea what triggered both of those.

Good communications prior to our arrival at The Treasury, Wolterton Hall in north Norfolk; very helpful responses from Deborah regarding our supermarket delivery; and overall a really lovely place to stay for a week's holiday.

Thanks to Covid-19, we've had more UK breaks in the last 2 years than in the last 20. Very glad we found the HolidayCottages.co.uk website early on - a great selection of properties and we've never had a problem with our bookings.

Very pleased with the experience we had from start to finish: appreciated the chat through the options for locks, spyholes, etc., and very pleased that our existing letterbox and knob could be transferred to the new door. The fitter was very pleasant and competent, and our new door looks extremely smart, is much more draught-proof than the old one (thanks to the work on the doorframe) and much more solid too. My mother moved from a house in Cheltenham to a flat last week and used GB Liners. Martin Heritage came to the house when we first put it on the market, to assess the project and give us a quote, and then he, Dan and Amy stayed in touch with us as exchange and completion dates were set to confirm the booking. John and the Cheltenham team who actually did the packing and moving were absolutely brilliant: they packed everything beautifully (very good packing materials) and heaved all the furniture etc out of the house and up to the second floor as if it weighed nothing. Even more importantly, they were very kind, polite, helpful and funny, and took a lot of stress out of the move. Our very grateful thanks for your super-efficient service.

I love this whole project: recycling punctured inner tubes, providing employment and an income for people in Malawi, and receiving a great belt at the end of it.

Very happy with the prompt and efficient support from Rachel at Custom Tape, and I can't wait until November when I am giving presents to rhino conservation managers. Think my particular design will give them a much-needed laugh.
