Very pleased with the experience we had from start to finish: appreciated the chat through the options for locks, spyholes, etc., and very pleased that our existing letterbox and knob could be transferred to the new door. The fitter was very pleasant and competent, and our new door looks extremely smart, is much more draught-proof than the old one (thanks to the work on the doorframe) and much more solid too.
