Review of BW Legal Services Limited
British Gas order BW Legal to recover payments for a tenancy period i was not at the property. I keep explaining this and getting no resolve on the issue. I informed british gas 2 weeks before abd the very day of the move but some how was billed for a period i was not in the property. BW Legal are acting as a debt collecting agency. Chasing me for an incorrect bill snd it's been 8 months

Was contacted about insulation. Company assigned attended and advised unable to viabtext due to being council property (which it is not). Tried another company whi said system shows it's already insulated, after being recently logged as filled. Made complaint to British Gas about it and I have not heard back from them.

Product not received. Item refunded on the basis of delay after raising an issue of delay and chasing delivery date and advised that I would still receive my item. There was no new revised date. Which I was chasing. Now only to be told today nearly 8 weeks layer that the case was closed, so no product received.. thats after waiting 8 weeks (over a month). What a joke. So disappointed. This is not acceptable.

Still waiting for the products I ordered first week of November 2024, over month later. It was one big order with multiple items and when i went to query it, you have to query each item on its on even with one order number. When I was querying, I was told to contact Royal Mail UK as was now not their responsibility, Reluctantly I did. They informed me parcel was incorrectly addressed so was sent back. So went back requesting refund but to no avail.
Aliexpress refused to refund my money and refunded coupons for me to use back on their website, keeping my money tied in to their website. But why would I buy again?? Its been headache after headache. What a joke. This order was made from a previous refund which i got given coupons for. Why do I have to be given coupons to order again on Ali. I should be able to go elsewhere if they failed to deliver.. If it wasn't a large amount of money I would have done. They even closed the case today and issued coupons again. I really regret using them. They also advised me to add address to couriers website which was in Chinese language and couldn't understand or see English conversion tab because I couldn't read where to change (in chinese). Informed them and heard nothing back. They came highly recommended by friends, who are also shocked by this behaviour and very disappointed. I sent review previously. Am advising you to stick with Temu and Shein for peace of mind and security .
Customer Service, not easy to find on website and when you do, not very helpful.
Emails received you can not respond to as well, because no one comes back. Also re-explanation of problem with customer care every time you contact to follow up because information not saved.
That's extremely frustrating.

Beware and keep away.. refunded money via bonus,then when I went to use it, it wasn't there. Ordered something else, and they took money using card in system and not bnus. That's stealing. All customer service keep doing is passing you around and starting conversations again eith different people. Not sure they understand how to solve it. Also, items not as described. Out of pocket and products. KEEP AWAY or use Temu.

Horrible company and very rude customer service who hang up on me whilst I was still talking. I took over a property that has a Virgin media line, I informed them to cancel it so that I can start a new one in my name. They said they can't because they are already taking direct debits from previous person at property. I tried to use different provider and the new provider said Virgin refused the new provider to take over the line. I said its unfair to keep taking money from person not living here. They said its not there problem until the person contacts them. Its been ongoing for 11 months and with no connection for me because of their stubbornness. When I called today, I was passed to two different people then the last one hang up on me whilst I was still talking. I thought it may be easier to stay with same provider. Horrible company.

I had always enjoyed ordering from Moonpig and recommended to many people. However, the last 2 occasions I have been very disapointed.
On the last two orders I have made, I was disappointed both times with same experience because the ordered cards never arrived. I then emailed querying it and got a message saying it had been dispatched to royal mail and we can send another if lost in the post. That makes the card late for the intended day of presentation. I planned it to come in good time and still never turned up!! Very disappointing, and now am having to go to the shop to buy a card. Wont be ordering from them gain. " Epic fails is enough for me.

Cancelled my contract with Talktalk before being connected. I explained why and they said they had cancelled it. Started receiving messages for engineer coming to connect. Replied saying I had cancelled and he needs to check with Talktalk as I don't have a contract. He said he would still come. I even messaged him saying please don't come. Sent live chats and called them several times to resolve this. Today was the last stroll, was passed to 4 different departments. They would apologise tell me they are sorting and later say I have to transfer you. That really annoyed me, in the end I had to tell the lady, I am not a customer with Talktalk, spent nearly 45 min on phone sorting a mistake they made and 45 min into my time, I have time transfered yest again to someone else. I advised the lady to sort it out and deal with it as its unfair on me. Had to keep re-explaining as well to each department. That is really bad customer service. She had all details and could have just taken details and communicated internally to the right department. At this stage, I have not sorted anything as the engineer is still on his way to my home. WHAT A PALAVA!!!

Am impressed with the service. Lex Blind delayed doing the blinds previously and when I called them again, they were very sincerely apologetic. .. 'covid times'. The guy came back to take measurements and he was super friendly and the fitter who did the fitting today was absolutely 💯 % amazing and super efficient. Also, Sandra at the office was super efficient in dealing with the queries on phone when I needed clarification. I would definitely recommend them. Good range of blinds in stock. Great look to our rooms. Thank you⭐🌟
