They emailed me under their other name of Travel Claims Services Ltd about a travel insurance claim I never made - no details whatsoever of claim in email
I tried ringing them but call system just puts you on hold - after over an hour I gave up
Feels like a scamming outfit
I wont he buying travel insurance from that shower again

I can confirm that our claims are handled by Travel Claims Services, who would only be contacting you in the event that a claim had been made on your policy.
