I’ve just been hit with an extra charge for a service carried out back in October, despite nothing being mentioned at the time, and the checklist I was sent in January clearly stating there were no extra charges.Now, 7 months later, they’ve slapped a £49 charge on my account.
When I called to challenge it, the adviser admitted he didn’t know why I wasn’t billed at the time, but still insisted I must pay. When I asked for written proof or any communication about this charge, he refused, just repeating, “It’s in black and white on my screen.”
No evidence. No explanation. Just “pay up.” This is not how a reputable company should treat its customers.

I wrote to SCS in February this year (2020) about our poorly fitted carpets however we didn't get a response.
A couple of months after we had our whole house fitted with SCS carpets, we noticed the carpets by the doors were starting to come up as well as random rooms in the house. We got in contact with the SCS team and someone came to fix it. This new carpet fitter informed us that the carpets had been cut to short throughout the house but he’d do the best he could. Whilst walking up the stairs, the guy also noticed that our stair carpet had been put down backwards. He said he’d follow this up with SCS however we never heard anything.
My partner tried to speak to SCS again about it however we were told by this point, we were over the year mark so nothing they could do to help.
Such a shame as the carpet quality was amazing, just the person who came to fit them, ruined the finish. The carpets are 2 years old now and have come up all around the edges in every room. Really disappointing.

I always use this site when I need to print stationary and find the staff and the quality of the print amazing. I had issues with understanding why something I had ordered printed incorrectly and the staff helped me understand the issue then reprinted the artwork for me for free. I was very grateful! I also use the tech team a lot to make sure my artwork is correct before sending it to print, I would highly recommend printed.com!
