Couldn't have hoped for a more wonderful Valentine's card for my friend's daughter. Uploading all the photos (there were lots to be fair!) took a bit of time, but the wait was worth it. Our first time using Moonpig and it won't be the last. Unfortunately the card was not delivered, but customer services went the extra mile to get it redelivered and refunded us the cost of the giant card. Obviously it was way too late, but it was a belated treat giving the card. Speaking to 'real' people who were helpful, polite and friendly was such a relief and this is why Moonpig is rated so highly with us.
