Really quick delivery considering how far they travelled and I absolutely loved the packaging.
Unfortunately, the high quality Oakley Ten replacement lenses were too generously sized to simply 'pop' in the frames, I really struggled and ended up using a lot of force despite me warming the frames in a low oven to help. The brilliant Lana at Sunglass Fix was so understanding and from returning them to a convenient UK address through to receiving a full refund, it could not have gone any smoother.

Fantastic personalised poster company. Email communication response was quick and helpful; ordering straightforward and a fast and secure delivery. The results were truly impressive with the bright colours and sharp resolution making an impression at the birthday party, people loved them.

Great company to deal with. Parts on their website are catalogued clearly and when I called to order, one was not in stock but they had another option. Delivery was next working day via the excellent DHL. Recently ordered Cayenne fuel pump parts and Graham was extremely helpful.

Last but not least and Puffin to the rescue yet again. So quick and easy to do the thing you leave to the last minute. I choose Puffin every year because of this and its high Trustpilot score.

What more can I say other than being over the moon. Next day Royal Mail delivery of my large multiple photo card which was a breeze to design and the colours pop and the quality is premium. Moonpig rarely disappoint and have another well-earned 5 stars.

A long time customer for nearly 30 years and why? They look after me with their competitive tariffs, excellent online experience and helpful customer services. Recently changed over from standard to a special promotion fixed term tariff to save some cash. Smart meters now work after a newer type were installed and my usage compared with the older smart meters is reassuringly the same. Plus I get a neat compact display to watch my 'cost now' per hour.

First and not last visit to Lakeland. Called the Shrewsbury store to reserve a door mat (thanks Paul) and collected it Sunday. The staff were so friendly, smartly dressed and knew their stuff. I also wanted a egg ring for frying and they had it. All this with a 3 year guarantee. How good is that.

The best company and customer service. My order went astray and I was panicking as the notifications suddenly stopped and nothing was happening. Luckily on the end of the phone were customer services who saved the day and got my order back on track. It was ever so late, but I am over the moon with the joggers. Without real people on the end of the phone, I would not know what was happening. Special mention to Katie who took it upon herself to personally email me on any new update. Delivered safely the next day, how good is that from my favourite personalised card makers, Moonpig who seldom let me down and always go the extra mile when things don't always go to plan. Still my number one for that special card or mug.

Our friendly, professional and smartly dressed Yodel delivery driver handled my parcel with the utmost care and attention and it is reassuring to see him regularly in WV3 0ES.

Moonpig and Leah have gone the extra mile in replacing a dog photo mug. The mug has now been safely delivered by Royal Mail and is providing much comfort at a sad time with the passing of one of the dogs. A warmly received priceless act of kindness.

Fantastic photo blanket and company! Designing your own photo blanket was an intuitive and clear process, but it cannot show the absolute WOW effect you get when you actually receive it. The photo colours simply 'pop', the resolution is sharp and the blanket is super soft quality. I cannot recommend Printerpix highly enough!
