Absolutely scammer don’t waste time and money I ordered Barber chair and back wash unit still hasn’t received or ignoring my calls and emails now police getting involved also I have been refused to enter the store because there’s lots of dodgy things going on inside and actually they have no address they have only fake address
Avoid it, scammer don’t waste your time and money. I ordered Barber chair and backwash unit. They didn’t get back to me after I paid them £1500,now Police get involved and solicitor.
Terrible experience and poor customer service no replying and responding to my emails I have received I ordered Panasonic machine. It has been used badly and now no response. Nothing save your money and time from the seller.
You should not be sending me a used clipper the box was opened and tampered with, you have not emailed me, the clipper had hair on the blade I will get my money from Amazon I will post you on my social media what a bad experience. I am very unhappy with your service

Terrible experience I ordered it backwash unit four weeks still waiting it didn’t deliver. I emailed them three times. They have said it in a transit and actually wasn’t even shipped yet. after four weeks waiting order cancelled Don’t even bother and waste your time. Stay away from this sellers.
Terrible experience, rude customer service don’t waste your money and type poor quality I received damage package and items and the seller saying I have to pay for return postage and it cost alots because is heavy.
I got replay from seller on 28/05/2025 saying we wasn’t rude .YES you were rude and no professional customer service I after I put reviews here now seller want resolve the problem. Send me them return free label to my email. You have my all my details.

If you have opted for a return and refund service then please be assured our returns are free, we do not charge for customers to return their items, especially if an item has been reported as damaged or faulty. With your order being placed through Amazon, we can see that Amazon have provided you with a free Evri returns label to return the order to us.
